“I saw a significant decrease in inflammation and pain within the first 10 to 15 days”
“I did experience less post-workout soreness”
“it is helping, it is helping tremendously”
I'm trying to heal a tear as fast as possible. Thus I am using 300mg Boldenone Undeclynate per week, 20mg Anavar daily, 2mg TB-500 daily, 3mg BPC-157 daily all split 2-3 doses and 10IU of HGH every night. Alongside A LOT of hydrolyzed collagen of all types and gelatin. Needless to say, I am indeed healing unbelievably fast 😂
“healing unbelievably fast”
Sunday I strained my lumbar muscle (over swung on driving range), couldn’t walk Monday or work, 500mcu BPC157 / TB500 twice daily into the area, sore Tuesday, felt better yesterday and could so light weights. This injury used to take a month to heal. Stretch properly before exercising.

injecting directly into the delt to address shoulder strain. acute performance enhancement after 10 days of injection if you keep going. i would way rather do this year round than cialis. some humans just get strained in certain areas when they lift weights so that’s what BPC helps with is you can recover better so that you can lift weights and really develop your strength.
“acute performance enhancement after 10 days”
For my shoulder injury BPC-157/TB-500/GHK-Cu (GLOW) with Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 no DAC. That work AMAZINGLY! Then my skin became soft, fewer wrinkles, started growing baby hairs where I used to be slick bald and muscle recovery after a workout became much faster with far less soreness. Now I’m back on that whole stack and experimenting with NAD+ which seems even better!
“muscle recovery after a workout became much faster with far less soreness”
I ripped my pec muscle. I had a strand of fibers that separated in half. I used BPC 157 and tb500 for 3 weeks and I was benching again with no pain at the end of the 3 weeks. That should have taken months to recover from. The muscle is still separated but it healed the area and took the inflammation down quickly. I've also used it on tendon tears that would normally take me down for months. It would heal in a few weeks. I know it works for me. I just started retatrutide 30 days ago and I'm down 16 lbs with no changes to my routine. I'm a believer in peptides.

For what it helps, as a regular guy, I workout and play golf a lot. A good friend told me the knee and elbow pain he's had for about two years finally went away after taking BP-157, and having changed nothing else. After he recommended it, I started it and have been using it for approximately two weeks. What's surprised me is how much better I feel the morning after a long day of golf or working out. The soreness, stiffness, and fatigue has dropped by about 90% and, frankly, I'm shocked. I've changed nothing else. My takeaway is that it's helping my body recover much more quickly and I'm not sure how. The second more minor takeaway is that the light pain on the front of my right shoulder I used to get while bench pressing has diminished. It's not gone, but I wonder if it'll go away completely once I've taken this for more than only a few weeks. Guess we'll see, but so far, I'm very impressed.

I toar my abs muscle badly. After 4 years not healing and crippled. I researched and found Bpc157 and tb500. After 5 weeks i was fully healed. At 40, i broke my foot, fully snapped. Bpc157 and tb500 and 3 weeks after i was walking on it back to normal
“I toar my abs muscle badly... After 5 weeks i was fully healed”
I have been taking BPC-157 capsules for a month, but feel no improvement yet in my high-hamstring tendinopathy, nor have I noticed any other effects. I will continue to test it for two more months to see if anything happens. But on the subject of muscle soreness, I take Repair Gold from Enzymedica and it is mind-blowing for post-workout soreness. Whereas before I could barely walk for 3 days after a regular gym workout (this phenomenon began in late perimenopause) now I have zero DOMS even when I train hard.(!!!) Truly incredible results for me. I wonder if you have tried proteolytic enzymes, Inka? Thank you for your great work!

I hurt my popliteus muscle very badly the doctors said it would take 2 full months to recover. But it’s been 3 weeks and I can already jog because I have used pain fee movement as a healer. Know if I use this who knows the healing probability! I might just heal in a couple of days .! Update I can do sprint 70 percent effort without to much pain. The best way to have it work is be somewhere comfortable. For example in Nature and just relax and close your eyes and play the video.

Hi! I’m new to peptides, I bought bpc157 + tb500 in a multi dose multi use pen. Been gymming for a year, without much change. Split my sessions into four days. Mondays and Thursdays 1st group of exersizes. Wednesdays and Saturdays, 2nd group of exersizes… why, because I was simply too stiff and sore to do more, and have no choice, other than splitting to rest days, before i could do the same group of exersizes, simply because nature left me no choice. Since i’ve been using these peptides, i can do whatever i want, till accumulative exhaustion, and do the same set of excersizes, the next day, because I dont get stiff anymore, at all. No muscle fatigue even the very next day! I can do so much more so much quicker.. and i have not even started on the mots-c yet. I did start on Tesamorelin for the visceral fat benefit it gives, and in i have dropped 8cm around my midsection in three weeks. I cannot believe these peptides are so potent, and clearly understand why big pharma is trying their best to bury it as fast as they can
“I dont get stiff anymore, at all. No muscle fatigue”
Hey Drew, super helpful breakdown man. I actually started using TB500 from Life link peptides after reading about it for chronic muscle pain, and it's crazy how much it’s helped compared to other stuff I tried before. Been following your suggestions, keep up this good info!
“it's crazy how much it’s helped”
I have used both BPC157 and TB500 (as injectable for both and TB-500 additionally as a fragmented oral supplement) and they both work well for healing injuries. I'm using it to rehab from a partial torn pec muscle and rotator cuff tedinopathy. I am happy to report that this combination is also highly effective at rebuilding damaged muscle tissues related to general gym activities and overall joint healing support and at least from my experience; is an excellent aid in overall wound healing. I take it prior to sleeping where it also improved my sleep quality (healing happens mostly as you sleep and recover)
“highly effective at rebuilding damaged muscle tissues”
hello I started taking these three for a couple of days. I got a 2nd grade tear on the side of my quad squatting. When I injected it I felt a pain on my quad later for a couple of hours? Is that normal? I also injected it right on the injury. My wife did the same for her shoulder and she felt the same. I have took BPC157 AND TB500 and no pain after but these three I do feel something later like a slight pain.
“I have took BPC157 AND TB500 and no pain after”
I don't know about life changing, but I used BPC157/TB500. I found it beneficial. I have multiple chronic injuries, like tendonitis. After using for a month a lot of my inflammation and injuries improved. I also notice that when I did injure myself, like pull a muscle or overtraining, my recovery time was enhanced. I was also using Sermoralin before that, which was amazing for recovery and sleep. With those two peptides my ability in the gym was increased because I go harder and longer than ever.
“recovery time was enhanced”
I had a significant tear on my pectorial muscle from lifting heavy at the gym one day and my chest was unusable for a day and a half. I was already on the peptides from lifting and found myself able to be *functional* at my fairly physical job within three days and out of the sling they gave me in one. Less than 6 months in and I'm back at the gym albiet I won't be lifting heavy because i think those days are behind me now at 46 years old.
“able to be functional at my fairly physical job within three days”
Strongly recommend. I play football and have popped both my calf muscles during the season. I've stubbornly tried rushing myself back into games after several weeks and have re-injured multiple times. 157 definitely helped with the healing, and last time it happened I got the 500 too which made a difference, they are not miracles in a vial though, you still need to give it time and do plenty of rehab, massage, rolling/scraping etc. Did left calf again last weekend and as the season is over I didn't reorder, healing has been slower but im just going to sit it out for a couple of months to allow the fibres to heal naturally now. Good luck on your journey, hammys are extremely sensitive to injury, if you don't let them heal properly they will continue to get shorter and increase your risk of future re-injury exponentially.
“157 definitely helped with the healing”
It's def possible to be a non responder to any drug. For me I notice an immediate (within a day) recovery from my running routine while injecting BPC 157, seems to get rid of muscle soreness and DOMS which is great. Also used it in the past when I worked in traffic control.. I was a super unfit person and at the end of a 8 hour day waving a sign it fs your back up and legs. Well while injecting BPC that all disappeared and at the end of 8 hours I felt fine.
“seems to get rid of muscle soreness and DOMS”
I dont think time of day matters. i suggest you inject close to site. do not overdose, consistency matters more. theres papers saying to do BPC right before exercise. anecdotally, i think thats very effective. I tore my calves, (grade 2 soleus tear) and recovered in 4 weeks running BPC157 and TB500 daily. Nothing really specific from my experience to be aware of. i use a 27G and inject SUB Q on my muscle as close to site as possible. injecting on actual site is painful for me at least. i use both of them 1:1 Ratio, in the same syringe to avoid multiple injections. And also, fwiw, i stopped right after the pain is manageable, the amount of scar tissue that healed around it was more than expected. i suspect is overdosing on my end.
“I tore my calves, (grade 2 soleus tear) and recovered in 4 weeks”
“the injury healed up”
“better the next day”
That's a nasty injury, not your typical strain. I had very similar football injury at your age and it took way longer to get back to 100%. bpc probably helped.
“bpc probably helped”
Strained a muscle or tendon in my shoulder about 2 weeks ago. Keep walking and running every day but my shoulder doesn't want to lift again- keeps hurting. I'm on day 4 of injecting BPC, copper peptides, and now adding TB500. Will continue for a month and update you guys👍
“my shoulder doesn't want to lift again- keeps hurting”
I can't afford a six week cycle. Would a two or three week cycle of BPC 157 be enough to heal old muscle /joint injuries from wear and tear?

just bhought bpc and tb i will i nject 1 month and report if it will cure my hip muscle strain

Hey man I either very badly strained or slightly tore my left major pectoral muscle months ago I went to the doctor he basically said there was nothing he could do for me and it’s gotten better for awhile but still flares up atleast 3 days out of the week. I work manual labor so there’s not much resting. I’ve quit doing weights involving the movement of that muscle. Would you recommend the Bpc and TB combo? I’m just ready to feel like myself again
“it's gotten better for awhile but still flares up”
Have you seen conflicts with 157 and 500 with blood thinners? I had a DVT back in 2014, so i have been on thinner for years. Then, just last month, I tore a muscle in my shoulder and had to get surgery. I started taking 157 and 500. Within 2 weeks, i was in the hospital with very serious blood clots. Lungs and leg. I stopped taking peptides. I was wondering if you had ever seen this before? I am on Prodaxa and clot free now again.

I have a few injuries .. torn ligament in my right wrist, torn muscle in left shoulder mild meniscus tear in my right knee and sprained hip flexer.. I’m 43 and have been injecting stomach are and site injection of bpc -157 and tb500 Wolverine stack two weeks ago every night. Out of 2x 10mg bottles I have about a half bottle left. I got them from core peptides but I don’t think they’re effective. I don’t feel any healing or slight improvement. Any thoughts? And recommended suppliers?
