I’ve had a lot of gut issues, including H. pylori, gluten sensitivity, and gout. My specialists suspected “leaky gut” as well. My lifestyle is very active. I drink around 3 litres of water a day and eat fairly high protein with lots of vegetables, low carb overall. My kidney function is slightly below average, so I’ll be rechecking that in a month or two to see if anything changes. I’ve been using BPC-157 for 4 weeks at 500 mcg twice daily. For me personally, it has really settled my gut. I can eat without getting bloated, my stomach isn’t sore, and my overall pain has dropped about 60–70% gout, not on Allo or NSAID. But I might go on it Allo to lower my Uric Acid levels. Side effects for me: mild headaches, more of a heavy/dull feeling at the back of my head and lower neck. I also noticed my REM sleep seems reduced, with more time in light sleep instead. Just sharing my personal experience, not medical advice.

I'm taking BPC-157 for the past few weeks and I can say unequivocally it's been a game changer for me. Aside from helping tremendously in healing my gut issues, I find that when I exercise, I have WAY more energy, breathing is more productive. During workouts where I used to find myself breathing hard to recover, I just breathe normally through my nose now. I also recover faster from my exercise days and I have markedly less pain in my joints and muscles. Pretty great stuff.

I'm late to the show here, but figured I'd give my experience. I've been taking bpc-157 for a few months (oral source from Infinwell) and it completely healed my gut. I can't explain how good I feel at 39. So much of our health is directly correlated with our gut health... aint that the truth. Amazing stuff, truly

BPC-157 is legit for sure. Helped with gut issues and it does really seem to work for joint health maintenance (although I don't personally see a difference with site injection vs. abdominal). I'm only on my third week of adding TB-500 to the stack (2x per week), but it does seem to be assisting with healing.

Figured out KPV was the real truth a month ago and btw the only pep that can deal with ghk-cu in the vial bpc n tb500 gets degraded in the vial becuae of the copper kpv was born from the gut and acid in fact kpv may even be better in Oral form especially when having gut issues !

I've been suffering from leaky gut for at least 6 years plus sibo for at least 3 years and I am on day two of infiniwell delayed bpc and my gut is already 60% sealed, I can tell because I went from severe daily migraines and joint pain plus nausea and horrendous fatigue to just ... Fine overnight. I'm here hoping it can take my healing to 100% or maybe I will try kpv as well... Anyways all that to say this is the coolest thing I have ever taken out of the 100+things I have tried... Well worth the higher price point just seriously amazing and I am in awe that this is not mainstream yet.

I would say the opposite for gut issues. I took oral BPC-157 for 6 weeks, nothing. I had issues of frequent bowel movements and cramping related to post viral gut issues that had lasted for 8 months. I started injectable BPC and in 2 doses my gut issues disappeared. I continue to use it for gut health.

Doctors can absolutely legally prescribe peptides off-label, as long as they are from licensed compounding pharmacies. In this video, you are talking about research only peptides which are sold directly to anyone online without a prescription. That’s very shady and the independent lab testing is mixed at best. Peptides should only be taken under the supervision of a medical doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or PA, and priory to starting patients should be examined and get lab work. Follow up labs should be done within 3 months of starting a new peptide and every 6 months once stable. Anytime a new peptide is added or a dose is changed, labs should be redone within 3 months or sooner. Peptide are not nutritional supplements and gym bros and influencers aren’t medical professionals You also said oral peptide/ aren’t effective because they are destroyed by the stomach acids. At my clinics, we prescribe injectable peptides and peptide sublingual troches, which get absorbed by the sublingual and buccal mucosa, before they reach the stomach. Of course, while waiting for the troches to fully dissolve, patients have to swallow some saliva, which means some of the peptide gets destroyed in the stomach. It’s unclear exactly how much gets absorbed direct into capillaries in the mouth and how much gets swallowed and destroyed, but some sublingual studies estimate that about 80% gets absorbed sublingually. We always recommend the injectable peptides first, but we also tell patients if they aren’t going to be compliant with 5 to 7 injections per week, or if they outright refuse to do that many injections, the sublingual troches are a great alternative. A daily troche that allows about 80% of the peptide to be absorbed into the capillaries in the mucosal membrane which enables to peptide to bypass first-pass metabolism is going to be more effective than a peptide that’s only injected a few times a week because patients forget and miss doses. When patients ask if they should do injectable peptides or troches and which one is more effective, I rank them like this: 1. Daily Injections (if compliant with at least 5 injections per week) 2. Daily troches 3. <5-7 injections per week Some exceptions are BPC-157 and MK-677 which are both effective when taken in an oral capsule. However, when the use case for BPC-157 is for orthopedic healing, we always recommend injections at the site. BPC-157 capsules are effective centrally, but we really site injections are better to orthopedic treatment. If BPC-157 is being taken for gut healing and gut health, we recommend the oral capsules. MK-677 is only available in a capsule.

Both work. The only peptide that works orally is BPC157 as its gastric pentadecapeptide isolated from human gastric juice. If ur goal is to fix leaky gut and gut healing oral is better If u have a localized injuries injectable is better and pairing with TB 500 is also beneficial

I have been using Infiniwell 250mcg for about a month. I notice I am not as gassy but still more healing is needed. Would you suggest going up to 250mcg twice a day or 500mcg once a day or using their 250mcg with Akkermansia probiotic and sun fiber prebiotic once or twice a day? Is it more effective to do an injectable or oral for gut health? Do you have a place you recommend for Canadians to buy Injectables? Thank you!

I'm glad to hear this has fixed your IBS. I made the massive mistake of taking Toradol (a prescription strength Ibuprophen) through IV. It completely ruined my intestinal environment. I went through a 2.5 day IBS spasm that was nothing but suffering. I'm f'ing jaundiced and my urine is dark (liver). I've ordered a low dose, slow release BPC 157. And am going to try it. I am also trying to heal my gut environment ayurvedially (probiotics and prebiotic tea) and am eating a very bland no gluten/no casein diet for now. If I don't die in the mean time, I'll try and update on my progress. DO NOT TAKE TORADOL, PEOPLE. DON'T DO IT. DO NOT TAKE TORADOL.

Any insight really appreciated sudden onset insomnia
Hoping to get a bit of help and insight. Firstly I'm 65 Several weeks ago wife went overseas with my 15 year old daughter to see her ill father all of a sudden with no other changes to diet or lifestyle started having pounding heart with zero sleep at least 1-2 night from 3. Prior to all of this sleep was normally 6.5 to 7.5 most. Nights due to a sleep hygiene routine I have. Never had insomnia like this before recurring as it is. During the day on one of the nights I have a "good" sleep because I've taken something everything seems fine then come bedtime I get anxious about whether or not I'm going to be able to sleep, yes I mediate, don't drink alcohol, have 1 black coffee only before 10am. On the bad nights I also tend to urinate a lot before bed as well. On a daily basis I do yoga, breath work and meditation will do cardio and resistance exercise. Depending on how I feel. I am still trying to keep to my routine despite this sudden insomnia which is getting scary Now given up my glass of wine on a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Not touched any alcohol for several weeks. Summary of life style. Got SIBO 3.5 years ago lost 12 kilos in 7 weeks and have gone through anxiety, panic attacks insomnia etc.I have been managing it with diet and lifestyle for the last several years I am not taking anything specific for SIBO apart from below. Have used probiotics and saccromyces boulardi for my SIBO issues they helped with sleep and fatigue-still use probiotics daily. Glutamine, Blackseed oil,Glycine,Taurine,B complex,B12, Magnesium,Oil of oregano, Vit c 1 gram per day, zinc using peptide BPC 157 to see if it will help my gut issues 1 tab per day. I do use all these products at once but rather "cycle" through, I would prefer to use less supplements and rely more on food which I am endeavoring to do. Recently prescribed amitriptiline because of the sleep issues. Use twice worked first time second night ended up taking 30 mg no effect. Took 10mg of amitriptiline first night and when to sleep pretty much straight away. Do not being on theses type of products. Taken Doxylamine same as above seemed to work first time to no avail when I took 2 pills second time(25G) As Of sunday 14th IO will try Phenergen tonight. Same used 1 tablet first time then second time took 3 it did not seem to work. As of this writing I am about to try Temazapan Do not smoke Do not use recreational drugs. Eat plainly plant based diet with a bit of animal protein such as meat, fish or chicken daily. Regular use of infra-red sauna, steam room and take cold shower every morning. 1 bm per say sometimes 2 to 3-Use castor oil packs Have a pretty happy home life, journal daily and pray. Never been on any pharmaceuticals apart from above. I cannot think of anything different I have done in the last 2 weeks to cause the insomnia apart from wife and daughter going overseas. Took testogel for 3 months a month ago for fatigue issues did not work so tapered off.' down to I squirt a day. I found using the amino acid Glycine 5grams a day with Taurine really helped with the fatigue. I have been using the above along with 1 gram of taurine and NAC Work a physical job.-Storeman delivery driver.-Off at the moment to try to get my sleep pattern back to "normal" which was sometimes good, sometimes not so, depending on how physical my day had been. Thanks for reading my scattered thoughts any insight really appreciated.

Duodenocolic fistula healing by pentadecapeptide BPC 157 in rats. A cytoprotection viewpoint.

The study found that BPC-157, a stable gastric pentadecapeptide, rapidly induces vessel recruitment and healing in rats with duodenocolic fistulas, leading to closed defects and resolved leakage. All BPC-157-treated rats showed significant improvement, with no fistula leakage, diarrhea, or weight loss, and reduced adhesion formation and intestinal obstruction.
