I had hemroids and 4 polyps plus a flat polyp that couldn't be removed in 2020, in 2023 I lost 25kg which included more than 1kg of scar tissue around my 2014 scapula break. December 2025 they removed only 1 poppy, no flat polyp. I used bpc 2 cycles in 2024 which made the clicking, clunking and snapping way better, injection isn't necessary, I took capsules it works systemically. For good reason I'm weary about taking it but I will probably take it again later in the year, a lot of rehab and muscle building workouts for 4 weeks then 2 weeks of way less and taking bpc is roughly the plan

Thanks for the info. I broke my acetabulum 4 months ago. I did surgery, rehab, The Wolverine stack along with SS-31 and Mots-C. I’ve been walking unassisted since 14 weeks out of surgery. I’m 49 295 lbs and active. I know it’s anecdotal, but that’s my experience. I used a reputable company and followed strict guidelines.

I had a bad landing on a jump. Broke my fibula, tore the superior extensor, and ripped a massive amount of cartilage off my talus. I’ve had an awesome surgeon but I started BPC and TB4 about 3 weeks post surgery, as I was on the fence. Once I decided to go for it, I did as much research as I could prior to starting. Here’s what I found: almost all TB500 is actual TB4, which is virtually the same thing however TB4 has a half life of 2 hrs vs 72 hrs of TB500. That means you have to inject it morning and night with BPC. For BPC I started with 1x daily, but the found 2x a day is best for acute injuries. I’ve been doing 1mg of TB4 and BPC per day, however dosing on TB4 has been hard to find so advice is welcome. What I’ve noticed hasn’t been night and day. It works on the cellular level, and on top of that there is nothing I can find that will repair joint cartilage injuries, which is my surgeon and PT’s main concern. In addition, I’ve always been into running and lifting and had a pretty good diet all my life. I’m in my prime as a male, and post op I overhauled my diet and was extremely consistent for 4 weeks on that. Holidays have made me misstep a bit lately. Here’s what I’ve noticed Faster healing rate: I’m about 1-2 weeks ahead of the expected healing benchmarks (unsure if it’s due to peptides, diet, or fitness level) Minimal swelling: ankles swell like none other. My swelling reduced significantly and will only swell up if I’m doing a lot of mobility work on it. Increased mobility: I have about 95% mobility when compared to my uninjured ankle. This is partly due to my surgeon being awesome and doing a tensioning wire to replace the ligament over just screwing the tin and fib together. Minimal pain: I’m at week 7 post op as of now, and can walk around with little to no pain. I have to wear the stupid boot to make sure I don’t put shearing force in the ankle but unless the ankle is overworked or in move it weirdly, I have no pain. This is not a miracle drug. It will support your body in ensuring you give yourself the best chance at healing, but it won’t heal you. Movement is Medicine. You have to do your PT exercises, you have to keep up with your cardio, and you have to eat to support your health and growth. I don’t know if it’s the Peptides that have done all this or if it’s my diet, fitness level, or age, but I know it can’t have hurt. I’ve coming up on week 6 of peptides here soon, at 1mg per day of BPC and TB4 split between 2x daily injections. Also doing GHKCu at ~2mg per day on weekdays only. I’m taking a 2 week break as soon as I finish these vials, then doing another 4-6 week cycle in conjunction with a PRP injection my surgeon is giving me in the cartilage to stimulate healing so figured they’d go well together.

I’ve taken BPC-157 twice. First time for a broken foot (4th metatarsal) and was back in the gym lifting normally after 3 weeks. Second time was after ACL surgery. Was able to run in a straight line at 4 weeks. These were both 10+ years ago but no adverse effects that I’ve noticed.

Snapped my wrist, luckily only one bone, but it was almost out of the skin horror movie style. Two weeks later got the surgery, lifetime aluminum plate installed, and that’s when my TRT, BPC, TB stack started full swing. 3 months later I was practically fully healed, lifting full weights again in the gym, doctor was flabbergasted.

At one point, when my mother was going through the worst of the chemo and radiation, her doctor warned her about the possibility of bone pain and what it was. Of course, it did end up happening to her and it was horrific enough to send this super stubborn (won't go to the ER for anything shy of a massive kidney stone, and pushes it for a few days at that) woman to the ER requesting pain management. The doctor she spoke to admitted they knew nothing about cancer, nothing about chemo or radiation, nothing about bone pain. The doctor begrudgingly prescribed like 8 low dose oxycodone which didn't even touch her pain. But the doctor ALSO flagged her chart as drug seeking. Little old cancer lady. With horrific bone pain and nausea. Drug seeking. This lady fell down some stairs last year and broke both her arms and her face. She refused to spend much more than about 7 (8?) hours in the ER, just long enough for them to take some xrays and finally set her arms (the pain meds for THAT accidentally didn't even start pumping until AFTER they'd finished setting everything due to a ridiculous nursing error). When I say this lady is tough, I mean it. She said that putting the metacarpals back into place in her wrist/ hand felt like little dice. 😬

I'm 62 yrs old. Fractured scaphoid when I was 14. Ortho Surgeon took piece of my hip to graft the scaphoid back together. Valiant attempt , left hand /wrist still doesn't move properly. Sure wish BPC-157 was around back then. Progressive thinking Physicians are raving about BPC157. I'm starting soon , product is on the way. Golfer's elbow , wreaking havoc on my fitness life. I'll bet it cures my problem within weeks , been suffering with this for 2 yrs. Physio , chiro , osteo , NSAIDS , still in severe pain. Can't wait to see the look on their faces. Great video. Hi BJ, what a great quality video ! At the end you show loading up with 10 units. That seems very low even at 2x per day. My injury was a motorcycle adventure, 2 breaks on the fibula, broken ankle. (I declined a metal plate/metal screws.) Fractured toes. Broken bones in the hands. I started at 10 units but hell, I've now switched to 100 units 1x per day subQ near the belly button. People suggest injecting into the injury site but it's hard to make a living injecting into the ankle or a toe. Comments ?? I'll probably add TB-500 to go with the BPC 157.

I fractured my back and they were kind enough to prescribe 600mg advil. Pharma and the Sacklers managed to get thousands addicted to their drug so the rest of us have to suffer. After lung surgery they wouldn't even prescribe that because it could cause stomach distress. Then they advise physical therapy.

Found out today I’ve been walking on a broken bone for EIGHT YEARS
Incoming rant: apologies in advance for the potential wall of text, I’m on mobile. Back in 2014 in my second year of university I fell over at our end of year ball. This was early on in the evening prior to me having drunk any alcohol. I just put it down to me being clumsy and went on with my evening. Later that evening my foot was hurting so much I was pretty much scream-crying and when my housemates returned home they realised I was in agony and one of them kindly took me to a&e at about 3am. Had an x-ray, got told I’d fractured my foot, had a cast put on and given crutches. When I went for a follow up appointment at the fracture clinic a couple weeks later the doctors told me that what they thought had been a hairline fracture on my X-ray was actually just part of my bone anatomy - instead, I’d likely torn the ligaments/tendons down the bottom of my foot, which was why it hurt so much and I’d had minimal swelling. I had the cast removed and was given a protective shoe, and remained on crutches for about 6 weeks. Fast forward to the present day. I have since never been able to wear high heeled shoes or any shoe without good enough arch support. I regularly have had flare ups of pain in the arch of my foot and around the bone that sticks out just below the ankle on the inside of your foot. I had just figured that because my injury had initially been thought to be a fracture and I’d not had physio to support the ligament tearing, that I had been left with scar tissue that was vulnerable to flare ups. Yesterday, I had a grocery delivery arrive. Now I live in a basement flat, so there are a set of stairs down to my front door. Every time I have had a delivery in the past, they will come to my door. This guy was waiting at the top of the stairs with the crates of food and stated I would have to come and get the crates because he didn’t want to slip on the wet leaves that were on the stairs (which, fair enough, but I’m a chronically ill young woman with minimal body strength and so it was a struggle to carry these heavy crates up and down stairs - carrying bags of heavy shopping is something I struggle with and the main reason I order my groceries to be delivered!!) So I go and put my shoes on to go and collect my food. I have to take one crate at a time, take it through my flat into my kitchen to unload before taking it back to get the next one. There is a single step going up from my kitchen/living area to my hallway. Because I’d been outside, my shoes were slippery. I slipped and fell (quite dramatically I may add) on the step and the crate I’d been carrying went clattering down the hall. Now baring in mind this delivery man has already got out all my food, so he’s just waiting at the top of the stairs for me to bring the crates back. He 100% would have heard me fall and the crate clatter. Did he ask if I was okay? Did he offer to help? Absolutely not. At this point my knee and foot were in absolute agony and I had to shuffle myself around to get the final crate and put my shopping away before collapsing on the sofa to cry. My knee ended up swelling up loads and I managed to elevate my leg to put ice on both my knee and foot. This morning I spoke to a doctor from NHS 111 as I figured I’d just sprained my foot and could avoid a&e and go to our local minor injuries unit. Thankfully my boyfriend is not working at the moment so was able to come and take me to the hospital. Had an x-ray and I thought it a bit odd when the radiographer asked if I’d broken my foot before. I explained what the doctor had said all those years ago and she left it. When I went back to the nurses who had seen me prior to the X-ray they showed me the X-ray - a very clear break on the navicular bone in my foot - but stated that it looked like quite an old break. That it’s likely I did actually break it all those years ago, it’s never properly healed, and this fall yesterday exacerbated it to re-break again. I’ve been given a protective shoe and crutches and now have to wait for my fracture clinic appointment to potentially put my foot in a cast again. I’m grateful that there is a legitimate reason with evidence that explains the pain but I’m so mad and upset that I have endured this pain all these years all because a doctor decided I “hadn’t actually broken it”. It hurts so much and I’m so wiped out from the little sleep I’ve been able to have because of the pain. I’m also so mad at the grocery delivery driver. I totally understand why he didn’t want to come down the stairs in fear of injuring himself. My dad does the same job for a different supermarket and I often worry about the damage to his back carrying all those crates of heavy food will do to him. But what if I’d been an elderly customer? Or in a wheelchair? Or already using crutches when he came to my door? Would he have brought the food down to my door then and avoided me from having this injury? I don’t know whether to complain to the supermarket about it or not because of it potentially just being an exacerbation of an old break rather than a brand new broken bone, but I feel like I need and want to be mad at someone about this that I can push the blame onto. I don’t even know if going down the complaints route would make me feel better. I feel so mad that this incident could’ve been avoided if I hadn’t had to go outside and get my shoes wet and slippery, but also so mad at the doctor eight years ago telling me I hadn’t broken it and then me having to go all these years with often excruciating pain. I’m so tired and fed up. Tl;dr fell and got injured yesterday. X-ray today shows I likely broke my foot eight years ago when a dr told me I hadn’t. I’m mad and in pain.
