I've been using non-transdermal phototherapy patches that activate your own stem cells by boosting GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu copper peptide production through photobiomodulation for over a year now and I've experienced pretty remarkable changes - I'm a 55 year old woman. My knees, toe joints and lower back don't hurt anymore (arthritis) and I've been able to regain muscle and bone strength that was diminishing fast after first menopausal symptoms started 7 years ago (since I can't use any hormonal treatments due to high cancer risk of my family line). I've also noticed major improvement in skin, muscle and joint elasticity and faster recovery time after work out. This winter I have been able to carefully restart adult ballet classes which I didn't think was possible anymore... Adult ballet was my main exercise routine for over 30 years from age 20 to 51 but was forced to quit 4 years ago due to arthritis and other foot and back issues. These patented patches are used daily on certain acupuncture points through which they act as signals for the body to trigger certain bioelectrical processes like boosting the production of specific peptides. There are organic nanocrystals inside the patches that reflect near-infrared light emitted by our own bodies back into body tissues and organs through meridians and each patch type has its own specific pattern of nanocrystals, i.e. each pattern signals certain type of reaction in the body on a cellular level. More info and studies about the patches: https://startx39.com and https://lifewave.com/2820815

Oral BPC-157 completely healed my arthritic knees in 2 weeks. No more usage of cane and can go up and down stairs no problem now. I was suffering 24/7 for 18 months prior. Couldn't sleep pain was so intense. I purchase a common brand that I have seen other companies using same product under different name. I am being 100% honest here. Im 68 years old I thought for rest of my life I would be suffering. I have been pain free and healed now for 8 months. Brand I got allowed me to buy 5 bottles for just over 100.00 here in the states.

I have been using BPC-157 for 2 months. I have used it for my right knee pain and "arthritis" and it has decreased my pain and improved my range of motion of my right knee. I found it to have profound benefits with the healing aspects. I have had my Blood work done prior to and recently after and all of my labs came back the same basically meaning the pre and post values had no dramatic increase or decrease while taking the BPC-157 I am a believer. I will be discontinuing the use of BPC-157 after I finish this vial to find out for myself if the benefits are only while taking the peptide or long lasting. I inject directly into my right knee sub-q 0.1ml of the BPC-157. Great discussion Doc. Sharing of information like it is fantastic!

glad you got the thymosin beta 4 identity correct, so many people call TB-500 thymosin beta 4 and it simply is not. GHK-CU and BPC are my go to for muscle and tendon issues, but also skin, hair and for me at least cartilage, i have oseoarthiritis in my right elbow and i still lift heavy, no other issues besides this and the surrounding tendons plus my brachioradialus. 250mcg of BPC and 2mg of GHK which equates to 10iu of a 2ml mix each evening before bed, i aim for the shoulder. After around 12 days it's fully systemic and has had a chance to start working it's magic, between 13 and 21 days there is a noticable change in pain. Vs your statement of oral vs injection, i have to disagree, the stomach definitely affects it's potency, meaning you have to take twice or even several times that amount when regarding BPC-157, i've had several courses of both and this has been my finding.

I have had joint pain since I was in my late twenties, mostly in my knees. I'm now 67. I've tried glucosamine and chondroitin. The best thing I have found for my arthritis is MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). I take 6,000 mg MSM every day without fail. NOW brand capsules, 1,000 mg, 3 in a.m, 3 p.m. It may cause some intestinal distress but I am able to walk and go up and down stairs without much pain so I try to never miss a dose. My dog has severe arthritis so I have him on it, too, along with several other supplements (glucosamine, chondroitin, green lipped mussels, collagen, creatine, ground eggshells, fish oil, vitamin d3 with k) and carprophen and gabapentin. We just had his bad knee injected with cortisone and HA. Librela has been offered as an option but I have heard so many negative reports about it. Hang in people, there's new research being done at University of Colorado, Boulder and Duke. (Link below)

I had knee surgery about 10 years ago I could never recuperate and on top of that I have osteoarthritis and Sjogren’s. I been in pain for the last 10 years and came across peptides within five weeks of researching I’ve seen results combining BP, TB, and KPV. Phenomenal results.

Ive some experience wjth bpc snd TB-500, as a stack they're helpful. Best way to use them is for a guy who weighs 200lb would be 250mcg TB-500 sub q in the belly or shoulders, BPC on site, angled injection eith a sub q 1ml needle, Most people notice it helps after about 3-6 weeks although youd want to carry on for a max of 12 weeks. 1ml of bacteriostatic water mixed with 5MG of bpc and TB then extract 10iu (250mcg), this is known as microdosing, you could take more but this amount seems to be he right for most, some people inject twice a day, but it can be costly if you do. Personally ive got osteoarthritis in my right elbow, ive continued to workout regardless and the pain is manageable but not great, much worse at night or during a deload, once I'm moving im fine. Doctors are saying that the bones around the area cant be cleaned up and may not help anyway, so thryre talking about cortisone which im not interested in, so im going to get some BPC and cartilage healing peps and have at it, they do work from my own experience, so if surgery is whats being offered or if theyre forcing pain management then you've got nothing to lose IMHO.

I have been using BPC157 and TD 500 for about 3 weeks, my pain is in both knees and my right knee mri showed bone on bone with meniscus fraying. I am significantly better, I’m not sure how much is the peptides and how much is PRP, but I’m so much better, I will continue this protocol 👍

HCI injections for osteoarthritis works great -- up to 6 months. PRP is better for injuries. Stem Cells are superior to all. Peptides might be a slightly better option over PRP, but that's about it.

I ran bpc-157 and TB-500 for 3 months. Started at 500mcg/500mcg and titrated up over a month. Ended at 1mg each EOD for the last 2 months. I didn't notice much at first, but it did (seemingly) help with recovery after hard sessions that put a lot of strain on ligaments. I have had some knee surgeries and have metal inside and have (had) bad arthritis. I dont know if it was the peptides or the more intense training, but when I went back to my Orthopedic Surgeon for a checkup X-ray and MRI (I want to get the hardware removed), he said that my arthritis was healing at an astounding rate. Take that as you will. I like the stack because of that. Even though I was told that they couldn't help chronic injuries or arthritis, they may have?

15-PGDH is way better than BPC-157
has anyone here tried injecting a joint with a 15-PGDH inhibitor? studies are super compelling that it grows back cartilage. I'm going to inject my neighbors arthritic dog with it and if it goes well I'm going to try it on myself.

Injectable Therapeutic Peptides-An Adjunct to Regenerative Medicine and Sports Performance?

This review discusses the potential of injectable peptides, including BPC-157, in treating joint injuries and osteoarthritis, and highlights the need for further research on their clinical use and outcomes. The review notes that despite limited orthopaedic literature, the use of therapeutic peptides is growing rapidly.
