Along with Reta, its the best peptide I've ever taken. I've only ever taken it with TB500 but the results were amazing. Fixed my shoulder in weeks which I'd had pain in for a couple of years but was getting signifigantly worse. I heard a story yesterday of a fella who gave it to his 80 year old mother with arthritis in her wrist. After a month or two she went for a check up and the doctor couldn't work out why her arthritis was no longer apparent. The average person needs to be given this peptide. Millions would benefit.

BPC-157 isn't sold/controlled by big pharma, so watch carefully as big med/pharma try to demonize it. "Lack of human studies..." They will probably never have a human study on this peptide because it would instantly prove how effective it is. I've used BPC-157 as a recovery tool from shoulder and knee pain due to hard lifting and sprint workouts - it's insanely effective. I'm 58 and didn't think it was possible for me to recover like this.

Seriously I need BPC157! Pain management being roughly 30% less pain medication. 59 years old. Both knees operated, lower back operation and right shoulder twice. Jfyi not fat being 6'0" 177# fairly active (slow pace) . If I don't use BPC157 in a few days the discomfort increases. Considering TD500 and GHK-CU for a break from BPC157. This is all information from a parallel universe that has nothing to do with me. Just the guy in that universe is great at communicating with me. 😅

Took the Wolverine shot at my TRT clinic after being recommended by the physician there for my shoulder pain. I was hesitant for about 3 weeks when finally i couldn't deal with it anymore. She gave me the injection around 1230pm on a Saturday and by 5pm i was already feeling major improvement. 2 months later I'm probably back to around 80% fully healed, and I was 80% within a few days after injection, compared to about 20% before the Wolverine. This thing is legit. I'll be going back soon for another dosage.

Cant thank you enough for the vid! I'm in the states but almost exact same situation I'm dealing with. Lifter for 18 years, both shoulders been very painful last 6 months keeping me up at night, very limited range of motion. I also was diagnosed with moderate ulcerative colitis for about 13 years now. So far I've been able to managed without using expensive and side effect heavy biologics but its a daily struggle. I told a gym friend about my shoulder struggles he referred me a local sports nutrition shop that has a supplement called "Battlefield" its BPC157 and TB500 in pill form. I'm on day 3 of taking it and already notice a significant difference! I'm noticing a change in my gut health as well. Reading online there's almost no research in humans on this stuff I got scared and hesitant to continue taking it but hearing your story confirms the benefits outweigh the risks. If it can solve my stomach issues also it is an answer to prayer! Thank you!

Bpc157 definitely works. Had a terrible shoulder pain when pressing, felt like my rear delt mostly which was odd but bpc always relieved it almost entirely within a week or so. I always noticed inflammation would go down the first day. I did mine locally in the delt, as close to the pain source as possible. Just 1 of the 5mg vials reconstituted in 3ml bac water, 0.2ml per day (roughly 350mcg if im not mistaken) until the vial is gone , ive ran it a few times like this, esch time for about 2ish weeks and shoulders feel good as gold... it's great with some ghrp6 as well, which i find ghrp6 solo even works fantastic for appetite and recovery, i alwats notice strength gains on ghrp6 without a Ghrh like cjc which is always recommended with a ghrp but i disagree that with ghrp6 its nor needed as solo the peptide gives me the same benefits as using it with cjc. Ive done both and main difference was i spent more money lol. But bpc157 is great, the increase in GH receptors from bpc makes adding ghrp6 a fantastic combo. Don't recommend ghrp6 for overweight folks though. Itll make you ravenously hungry. Ipamorelin would be better to run with bpc if goal is cutting.

Personally I found the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend great for finishing up the healing process on my throwing shoulder - something that stalled a year or more ago at maybe 95%. I could sleep on it at night, laying on my right side for maybe 10-20 minutes before the discomfort gets too much. It hadn't changed all year. I used a single 10mg vial with 2mL Hospira BAC water, for daily 500mcg doses at 10u every morning for 20 days, and by the end of the bottle it all went away. My shoulder is like 99% done (I'm wary of calling it fully-healed because I've been dealing with pain for about 2 years now) and I can lay on it as long as needed at night. The Wolverine stack basically moved the needle for me, that stopped moving, and my shoulder and arm are back to normal for me. I picked up a second bottle and basically that one is almost used up now, and I think the healing is permanent. 🙂

Incredible that after 30 years, this is not yet available outside of the grey market and research lab. It is incredible stuff. Fixed my shoulder pain I'd had for a few years in a couple of weeks. As well as a couple of other minor injuries. It can't be patented so it will unlikely never be available to the average person. And the FDA has made it illegal to produce. Thankfully we have Chynaa.

Even painful to get stuff off high shelves until I got past the “hitch”. Anyway, I began taking lower dose bpc 157 injectable for a skin problem and in about 4 days of dosage, the shoulder pain was 90% gone. It was not my goal for taking it. I took a blend of bpc and tb500. I know, sounds crazy, but it dramatically reduced shoulder pain in two weeks that I'd had for years. The pain actually prevented me from doing more than 2 or 3 pushups. I remember the day I said, ok, I'm gonna see if anything's happening. Got down on the ground and starting doing some and Immediately could tell something was different. Ended up busting out 25. Almost creepy to me.

I've tried several cycles of BPC both ways for left shoulder & right elbow. Belly (general) and direct (specific site). HANDS DOWN direct site injection provided a dramatic difference - it took 100% of my pain away. So, my advice? Try both. I know the "science" is supposed to make sense (that direct / site shouldn't work any better), but sometimes, well, science just doesn't make sense - as in my case for example. And sure, placebo is possible. So be it. Even if you activate a placebo, GREAT. Placebos (your own divine soul creating a physical medicine from WITHIN your body) are ALWAYS better. So, try both ways - do you really care WHY something worked? If direct / site injections don't do the trick, then just keep going to the belly. But, look, if it does, like it did for me (took away 3+ yrs of shoulder pain and avoided surgery), and your pain goes away, then you're PSYCHED and I guarantee that your personal experience will make you think a lot differently about the "science".

I started taking bpc 157 a few months ago to help heal my shoulder. I was unable to bench for like six months at least. I'm benching heavy again, still about 30lbs from where I was last year at this time but I'm just happy to be functioning properly again. I was taking two capsules a day for a couple months till my shoulder was good and recently I have reduced my dose kinda hoping that might help me prevent any new injuries. I still have a couple bottles because when I got it it was on sale for like buy 3 get 2 free. Do you think it will help prevent any new injuries if I keep taking it in smaller doses, or would it be better used to help heal the next inevitable injury I have when that happens?

Honestly, you can take much bigger dosages. Especially BPC157. People have been known to take 10mg straight after surgery and slowly titrating down and had incredible recovery rates. Not saying you should do it. Just pointing it out. I have even heard of people giving it to their dogs when they've had an injury! It is tested on animals after all. 🐶 It cured my shoulder injury in a couple of weeks although I wasn't on the mega doses. Its just incredible stuff.

tried bpc-157 for my shoulder, here's what happened
ok so this is gonna sound dumb but i fucked up my shoulder last year doing something stupid at the gym (yeah i know) and it just never got better. like pt helped a bit but i was still dealing with this annoying pain that wouldn't go away saw people talking about bpc-157 on here and other forums. did way too much reading at 2am when i couldnt sleep because of the shoulder pain lol. finally said fuck it and ordered some took a 500mcg bpc and drank it, 1 in morning and 1 in night. first couple weeks i thought i wasted my money tbh. nothing really changed and i felt like an idiot. around week 3 though i realized i hadnt thought about my shoulder in like two days which was weird because it was always there in the back of my mind before by week 4 i could actually lift my arm without that sharp catch i was getting. slept through the night without rolling onto it and waking up idk if it was the bpc or if my body just finally decided to heal itself. could be placebo for all i know but im not complaining. still being careful with it and doing my exercises the annoying part is its not like FDA approved or anything so youre kinda rolling the dice. also not cheap. but i was pretty desperate at that point so whatever anyway thats my experience, take it for what its worth. not telling anyone to do anything just thought id share since this sub helped me figure out dosing and stuff

1 month update update on BPC-157 + TB500 (recovery and shoulder pain focus)
Hey, about a month ago I made a post here asking for advice before starting my first peptide stack. Figured I’d come back with an update now that I’ve been running BPC-157 + TB-500 for a few weeks. Overall, the difference has been more noticeable than I expected. The main reason I started was shoulder pain and general recovery. My shoulder used to bother me during pressing movements and sometimes even outside the gym. Now it’s almost gone. Not saying it’s magically healed, but the difference is big enough that I don’t really think about it anymore during workouts. Recovery has probably been the biggest change. I can train harder and more often without feeling completely wrecked the next day. Soreness still happens, but it fades much faster. Before I’d need a couple of days to feel normal again, now it’s way quicker. In the gym I feel more stable and “put together” if that makes sense. Not some insane strength jump, but lifts feel smoother and I’m not holding back because of discomfort. No side effects so far. Sleep, appetite, mood all feel normal. I know it’s still early and this is just my personal experience, but I can see why this combo gets mentioned so often for recovery. Curious if anyone noticed additional improvements after the first month or if this is about where things level out

thoughts on oral bpc-157 (arginate form) vs pinning
i know the consensus here is usually that you have to pin bpc for it to work. i believed that for a long time too. but realistically i am not going to keep up with the needles and the mixing long term. i wanted something easier that actually works. so i went down the rabbit hole on oral options. most of them are likely a waste because stomach acid destroys the sequence before it does anything. that’s why i settled on the arginate capsules. from what i’ve read, the "arginate" version is bonded to a salt that stabilizes it. makes it survive the trip through the gut so it can actually do its job. i’ve been using this for a few weeks to support recovery (shoulders are always my weak point) and general gut health. obviously i’m not a doctor and this isn't a magic pill, but i notice i'm bouncing back faster. feels pretty comparable to when i was pinning, to be honest. the main reason i went with this specific one is the transparency. the supplement industry is full of garbage. these are made in a gmp facility and they offer the third-party testing batch reports. that’s my baseline so if they won't show the labs, i’m not interested. anyway just thought i'd share for anyone else who is curious about the peptide benefits but hates the idea of injections. disclaimer!!! purely my experience and not medical advice. do not use if pregnant or nursing. always ask a healthcare pro.

For what it helps, as a regular guy, I workout and play golf a lot. A good friend told me the knee and elbow pain he's had for about two years finally went away after taking BP-157, and having changed nothing else. After he recommended it, I started it and have been using it for approximately two weeks. What's surprised me is how much better I feel the morning after a long day of golf or working out. The soreness, stiffness, and fatigue has dropped by about 90% and, frankly, I'm shocked. I've changed nothing else. My takeaway is that it's helping my body recover much more quickly and I'm not sure how. The second more minor takeaway is that the light pain on the front of my right shoulder I used to get while bench pressing has diminished. It's not gone, but I wonder if it'll go away completely once I've taken this for more than only a few weeks. Guess we'll see, but so far, I'm very impressed.

Im on 2 weeks and 3 days for a shoulder impingement, RC strain which has plagued me for months. Been taking BPC 157 now for just over 2 weeks and stopped working out. The pain and range of motion has definitely impproved although it is hard to say if it is as a result of just not working out or a combination of that and taking the peptide. Aso suffer from some kind of IBS symptoms and always have to varying degrees of severity, never diagnosed however. This appears to have gotten significantly better which is nice. I was tempted to stay on BPC 157 as a prevenative measure, however in my research there appears to be a concern that this could lead to the growth of cancerous tumours which rely on a steady blood flow to grow, which is pretty much what BPC 157 does. It proliferates the creation of new blood vessls, repairs and increass existing ones and stimulates blood flow.

And what were the results? I’ve been doing subcutaneous in my belly and I think I’ve experienced some reduction in my shoulder pain but I would like to try local and I’m not sure if it’s OK for me to do intramuscular or do I have to do subcutaneous around my shoulder.

Quick update for anyone who gave advice on my last post - I’ve been running BPC-157 + TB-4 for almost two weeks now. So far, honestly very impressed. The biggest difference is recovery. Workouts don’t leave me wrecked anymore, and I feel ready to train again much faster. Soreness still happens, but it fades way quicker than usual. My shoulder, which had been bothering me for a while, feels noticeably better. Not magically healed or anything, but the pain is much lower and it doesn’t flare up during pressing movements like before. I’ve also been feeling unusually strong and solid in the gym. Hard to describe, but sessions feel more productive and I’m not hitting that same fatigue wall. No side effects so far. Sleep, appetite, mood, etc. all feel normal. I know it’s still early and this is just my personal experience, but the first couple of weeks have been very encouraging. Curious to see how things look after a full cycle.

Discharged from PT without notice after one month
I've been coping with shoulder issues for almost six months. My MRI found multiple things wrong: degeneration/narrowing of glenohumeral joint with subchondral sclerosis and small joint effusion, grade 1 SLAP tear, biceps tendinitis, tendinopathy of supraspinatus tendon, hypertrophy of the acromioclavicular joint with subacromial bursitis and an inferiorly pointing bone spur. I was referred to a surgeon last week who cannot see me until September. I've tried two steroid injections, oral steroids, anti-inflammatories, and I started injecting myself with peptides (BPC-157 and TB-500) a week and a half ago. PT discharged me without notice last week. I haven't been able to sleep on my left side since February, and only recently achieved putting my cell phone into my back pocket. My range of motion is terrible. It doesn't sound like any of the MRI findings are severe. Could the bone spur be the root of everything? (Other than the degeneration) Has anyone had similar issues that were caused by a subacromial bone spur? Was surgery the only thing that restored your range of motion? Surgery will be a huge setback to my health. I will have to stop biologic therapy that I need for an autoimmune condition, which may very well be playing some part in the shoulder issues.

Since I'm out of options, I ordered some BPC-157 and plan on injecting. I'm surprised to hear it has helped your stomach! This makes me optimistic since i've had autoimmune complications since I was in middle school.

I tried the same combination of all three peptides together cycling them for several months, with a couple of other peptides, I took them for similar reason- niggling glute/hamstring injury plus shoulder. I honestly didn't see any real difference so stopped. They are also very expensive so unless you have the budget....

ChatGPT for PT
Have had shoulder pain for over 5 years, several doctors and many MRIs later it was revealed that I have a SLAP tear. Got it repaired but the orthos PT protocol was super generic and not at all detailed. I fed my post op notes into ChatGPT, used a good prompt, and here is the output, anyone have any thoughts? Here’s a more detailed post-operative physical therapy routine based on the provided protocol and your surgery details. This program assumes a careful progression through the healing process to avoid complications such as stiffness, re-injury, or delayed recovery. Phase 1: Immobilization & Early Mobility (Weeks 0-3) Goals: Protect the repair, minimize stiffness, and maintain mobility in adjacent joints. Restrictions: No active range of motion (AROM), no lifting or weight-bearing with the affected arm. 1. Shoulder Immobilizer • Wear the sling at all times except during exercises or hygiene. 2. Permitted Motion (3-5x/day): • Elbow Flexion/Extension: Gently bend and straighten your elbow while keeping your shoulder supported. • Wrist Flexion/Extension & Rotation: Slowly move your wrist up, down, and rotate in both directions. • Hand Grip Strengthening: Use a soft ball or grip device to maintain hand strength. 3. Pendulum Exercises (2-3x/day): • Lean forward slightly (arm hanging) and use body momentum to create small circles (clockwise and counterclockwise). • Perform for 30 seconds to 1 minute in each direction. 4. Ice Therapy • Apply ice packs 15-20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain. Phase 2: Initial Active Motion & Stretching (Weeks 4-7) Goals: Gradually restore range of motion (ROM), avoid stiffness, and improve mobility for daily activities. Restrictions: No lifting, pushing, or pulling with the affected arm. 1. Stretching & Passive ROM (Under Therapist Supervision): • External Rotation (ER): With a cane or stick, gently push the affected arm outward while keeping the elbow close to the side (limit to 30°-45°). • Forward Flexion (FF): Therapist-assisted or self-assisted (with the non-operated arm) to raise the arm in front of you. 2. Self-Assisted Stretches (2-3x/day): • Pulley Exercises: Use an overhead pulley to slowly raise the arm in front or to the side. • Table Slides: Sit at a table and slide your hand forward on a towel while keeping the arm relaxed. 3. Active ROM for Daily Activities: • Washing, dressing, eating, and grooming are permitted. Avoid reaching or lifting overhead. Phase 3: Gradual Strengthening (Weeks 8-11) Goals: Restore strength in rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers, increase functional use of the arm. Restrictions: Avoid lifting heavy objects or rapid movements. 1. Strengthening with Elastic Bands (2-3x/week): • Internal Rotation (IR): Secure a band to a door handle and pull across your body. • External Rotation (ER): Pull the band away from your body, keeping the elbow at a 90° angle. 2. Isometric Exercises: • Perform gentle isometric contractions for rotator cuff muscles (press against a wall without actual motion). 3. Scapular Strengthening (3x/week): • Shoulder Blade Squeezes: Pinch shoulder blades together and hold for 5 seconds. • Wall Slides: Stand facing a wall and slide both hands upward, keeping shoulder blades engaged. 4. Stretching (Daily): • Continue pulley and table slides, progressing to full range of motion as tolerated. Phase 4: Light Weights & Functional Strengthening (Weeks 12-15) Goals: Improve functional strength and endurance, restore full range of motion. Restrictions: Avoid heavy lifting or jerky movements. 1. Light Weight Strengthening (2-3x/week): • Start with 1-2 lb weights or light resistance bands. • Shoulder Abduction (side raises): Lift arm out to the side. • Forward Flexion (front raises): Lift arm straight in front of you. • Internal/External Rotation: Continue with resistance bands or light dumbbells. 2. Closed-Chain Exercises: • Perform wall push-ups (keep elbows close to your body). 3. Core & Postural Exercises (2-3x/week): • Plank (Modified): Hold a plank on your forearms and knees to engage core stability. • Thoracic Mobility Stretch: Seated or lying rotational stretches to improve posture. Phase 5: Full Strengthening & Return to Function (Week 16+) Goals: Restore full strength and stability in all directions, return to pre-injury activities. Restrictions: Avoid extreme overhead lifting or sports until cleared by the surgeon. 1. Progressive Weightlifting (3x/week): • Increase weight gradually (2-5 lbs per week as tolerated). • Overhead Press: Use light weights initially. • Biceps Curls: Start with dumbbells or resistance bands. • Rowing Exercises: Use resistance bands or light cable machines for scapular stabilization. 2. Plyometric/Functional Training (as tolerated): • Medicine ball throws (underhand to start). • Progress to activities like swimming, tennis, or other sports-specific drills. General Notes: • Pain is a guide: If an activity causes sharp pain, stop immediately. Mild discomfort is acceptable but should resolve within 24 hours. • Regular follow-ups with your surgeon and therapist are critical to ensure progression is on track. .... my post-ops notes below: POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES: 1. Type 2 superior labrum tear. 2. Biceps tendinitis. 3. Impingement. OPERATIVE PROCEDURES: 1. Arthroscopic biceps tendon tenodesis. 2. Arthroscopic subacromial decompression. 3. Arthroscopic debridement.
