hey so my name's sleepy and um i've recently been taking a peptide by the name of bpc157 in conjunction with tb500 epomorlan and cjc now i've been using bpc a couple of days longer it's the current two week mark of me using it um i've been planning on doing kind of like an update maybe in week one i decided to do two weeks because i thought it'd be more of a fair i guess usage period to see what type of results i could get um i will be doing a comprehensive review of what occurred to me um throughout you know the month and everything with cjc immoral and etc it's just that i feel like those uh growth hormones slash peptides probably need a little bit more time to do their effect whereas bpc has a slightly quicker ability to at least act in the body um my reasoning behind taking it i'm somebody that has been riddled with a lot of injuries i pushed the barrier a little bit too much when i was younger trying to break national records and power lifting no coaching no understanding of rep ranges volume [Music] etc like it was just you know all guns blazing every single [ __ ] workout that i could do um you left me with some back injuries hip issues and also i've had a lot of shoulder problems the reason i bought it was because of my right shoulder and then also kind of my left shoulder as well i've got the situs in both and then slight tearing um in the rotator cuff of the right um it's enough where like you know before i decided all right i have to go get bpc to just see if it'll help the pain was like excruciating i'm somebody that handles pain on a daily basis no problem but this was like where it impacts sleep it impacts you know just daily tasks work etc so i got bpc from a trusted source it is from a hormone specialist um i'm not going to give out names because i don't know if this individual actually wants me to but this is in australia at least the best possible bp so you can get i don't know if it's pricier than the rest it very well might be um this is kind of what it looks like and then inside of here you know you put the needle in and then inject uh it's 20 units twice a day subcutaneously is injected now i will go through what some of the good parts are and some of the bad because often i see people praising it but there is elements offered which to me have been negative um and i'll get the negatives ones out of the way first so this does for me at least cause headaches um [Music] sometimes really bad sometimes subtle sometimes none but i'm not one that gets headaches all the time but i do notice when i do take bpc there is a slight lingering headache element that's involved in it i'm not the only one that said this before i've seen other individuals mention this as well so take that with a grain of salt because not everyone gets that um but in the same way that you know you gotta [ __ ] remember like some people will take a little bit of tests and a little bit of deca and [ __ ] blow up some people will take a [ __ ] ton of deca [ __ ] on a test and look garbage um people are responders people are non-responders you know and then some people fall in between somewhere um so that's the main negative i don't really think i can give you any other negatives i haven't at least found any um to inject it is very easy i'm somebody i've never used cereals or anything like that before it's water-based i inject it twice a day and i've had no problems at all i've had no issues where blood comes out i've had no issues where it's painful um yeah very very simple um all right up to the benefits i use it for injury but the biggest benefit i've got so far and it's one that i never really assumed would happen even though bpc technically was designed from this if i remember correctly it is an amino that is actually found in the stomach or the gut i've been somebody who's been riddled with ibs issues for i mean ever since i was like 15 16 um probably too much information but like when it comes to diarrhea stomach aches etc man i get them non-stop um i mean non-stop like every day every second day ever since taking bpc i've had absolutely zero issues with my stomach i mean zero there's been zero aches i've had no digestive issues i've had no stomach problems while going through the toilet nothing nada that was pretty much unbelievable to me it is something i've absolutely not expected but it happened and i mean [ __ ] even just that in itself is worth every dollar i spent on it so that's the first thing and the most important thing so far um have my injuries disappeared in my shoulder no um have they gotten better yes and know that i know i did not expect you know years of injuries from me [ __ ] doing dumb [ __ ] with my body to just disappear but i went from you know pressing 45s quite comfortably each hand you know 45 kilograms on inclined chest and shoulder press et cetera um to just you know being riddled with so much pain that it's like even lifting 20s for pressing was just it was a bit too much um within probably three days i was back to doing 30s quite comfortably with limited pain i still get some pain but i can do you know 35s for like 15 reps now and it's better it's not perfect and my workouts aren't clean but it's definitely better and i mean look if you've had as many injuries as i have and as many of you have if you're watching this once you get those injuries often it's really hard to [ __ ] recover from them even if you you know do everything properly but you know my injuries have gotten better i've noticed random things that i used to get have disappeared so whether it's light knee pain that i get here and there i've had zero issues with that um you would get some plantar fascia problem zero issues with that um just general sense of well-being seems to be better and my guess is that because all your serotonin is essentially stomach created since i've fixed my stomach issues it's fixed some of my ability to maybe produce serotonin or maybe just in general having less stomach issues creates an ability to just be happier in general because when you go if anyone here has ibs you know feel free to comment on it you know once you've got that [ __ ] [ __ ] riddle in your life it's just not easy to like have a sense of i guess happiness in general i'm a generally happy guy so i don't have depression i don't know anything like that um but yeah it does kind of get you down a bit when you got you know [ __ ] of foot hitting you like that um those are the main things that i've noticed now range of motion is always is also another one and this was noticed quite instantly so i have this problem where when it comes to rotating um i'll just give you an example down like this i would probably before i started taking bbc it's not the best angle but i would get to about maybe here and i couldn't go any lower i'm up to about another 15 maybe degree and um and it's not painful the restriction of movement is there but in terms of actual localized pain within the shoulder and the rotator cuff that's definitely lower than it was before now i don't believe that could be placebo because i mean when i say it was stuck here i mean it was stuck there and it was painful so even the idea that i could get to you know an additional range of motion you know there has to be something more to it than just that all right that's my two week update i might do a third week update and maybe a month update etc i'll see how i go if i don't think there's any reason to do a third week update i won't um but i definitely will do a one month
