YouTube Welcome to today's video today's video is  talking about my personal experience nonmedical   advice we talk about bpc 157 one in which it's  kind of it does the rounds I find these things   it's done the rounds before and it's kind of come  back in in popular demand in terms of use in terms   of questions and I'm talking about it because I  actually sustained a bit of an injury we don't   need to sort of dive into that bit but essentially  the things that we're working through at the   moment is bit of joint uh irritation I would say  so it's not really the prim we use for this but   we're using it more for the tendonitis which I've  had in the past as well which is why I think this   video is more valuable because I've got such a  comparison of like tenderers flare up time in   which it's taken to heal and then again but with  this in playay um and I thought i' do a bit of a a   bit of a breakdown in terms of what it is as well  and sort of a bit of a chance to educate us around   the thought of peptides and what's going down so  firstly peptide sounds like a scary word when you   hear peptid you can go like oh and not that I'm  here to promote anything just to educate peptide   is essentially just it's Amino Acid found in the  body taken it out and turned it into a product   so a peptide can also become a hormone as well  so peptide gets kind of gets released and then   the definition of a hormone is essentially that  that releasing of that amino acid is creating a   systemic change easy one to comparison as glp1  okay so that peptide is an amino but what's it   creating it's changing the hormones which make  you feel satisfied so peptides are essentially   amino acid so that's where we can always lean  towards like oh it's just an amino acid it means   it it must be safe the way in which we view safe  should always be through the literature that we   have available in human clinical trials so this  is where at the moment where we've got like the   theory and the lack of human studies okay and I'm  talking about BBC 157 in particular here obviously   gp1s have got some backing in in their human say  so that's why whenever you have whether whether   you watch content about PBC 157 or ask a question  anyone who is kind of a more of a health conscious   SL a bit more responsible educator will kind  of highlight those things a little bit so this   is where we got to tread carefully right because  even when we're talking about steroid use on my   on my channel it's you're trying to educate and  discourage use as opposed to like just say ah   these are all the great things about you know my  stack and how great I look and feel and actually   try and go through a bit more like the potential  negatives anyway we'll get back into it so in   terms of BBC 157 now when it comes to the study  aspect there is a lot of studies on rats okay   and I will reference these studies that I'm kind  of just glazing over if you want to have a proper   read of them and I've obviously taken some notes  here as well so in one study they took a group of   rats and I'm PR sorry for anyone who's Pro animals  I'm Pro animal as well so they took the the   Achilles off they broke the Achilles completely  off the Achilles tender and then they they so they   tore it and then they reattached it and long story  short of it the obviously the controlled group Etc   there was ones with no bbc7 D the group in which  used BBC 157 at the end of that period of time   of the study had improved glycogen uh I apologize  glycogen as I'm about to train improved collagen   and actually Mobility as well so evidence suggests  it's helped versus the group that didn't have it   in another one as well is actually muscle repair  also so again long story short the group that used   it saw better recovery of the muscle itself as  well so this is where like for me from a personal   use standpoint you know I start to see was there  any negatives from that study in terms of how   okay well based on my experience Etc what I feel  want to do with my body CU I am also pro choice in   which people should be able to decide what they  put in their body as long as they're informed   we know the potential dangers of alcohol we know  the potential dangers of did and yet people still   choose to so I kind of view the use of enhancement  in the kind of same bracket as that so I'm not   here to sort of give much other than just some  info for you guys to go oh okay cool but what I   would say is don't just do something cuz the next  person does especially with the steroid stuff I   see so many people just post their cycles and then  like oh I'll do that don't do that but anyway so   that's kind of what we know about it in terms of  potential benefits in in the cases of those of   those rats so now we look at kind of going down a  little bit more of a rabbit hole the way in which   the BBC 157 will work a couple of the the main  sort of factors I would say there's multiple and   again I I'll list them in in the description as  well but the sort of main two mechanisms of action   as such as it will create almost more receptors of  GH sort of in the cell so imagine like imagine a   car park right and the car park spaces allow GH to  go in when GH goes in what happens we obviously we   can recover Etc so we BBC One for7 do we'll create  more spaces so it's that to figure out all right   so that's good for Recovery which you can imagine  where there's injuries involved Etc or very useful   the other thing is is it's been suggested or  shown that it will essentially help blood flow   to the area as well so this is where people would  suggest if you can inject bpc 157 into the area   that's why it could be more beneficial to do  so but I personally you know yes I got I got   elbow tender here but you're not going to catch  me sticking a needle anywhere near there I mean   so I was just I was just doing the tricep okay  and so with those things in mind and the info   there tendonitis blood flow perfect recovery great  there's also potentially some anti-inflammatory   benefit as well so obviously you can imagine how  that's going to help inflammation I do another   video on what I stack this with which was tb500  as well which is primarily an anti-inflammatory   all right so that's to kind of give you guys a  bit of a run through now the the most popular   question in which I get asked is how much should  I take okay this is where you know you got to   just trick so carefully right who am I to say  this isn't we don't even the doctors won't even   really know what to say so this is where what I'm  going to do is I'm going to provide you with the   information and then you can make that decision  so what I've done in the description has I've   provided one very clever person is uh referencing  to how they convert rat studies to potential human   dosages so again you can be a little bit more  informed with it and from there you'll have some   more information available as well to allow you to  make that decision okay and now if you are in need   of bpc 157 I've also left a link in description  who are also my sponsors for full transparency   um and to which is also why I can say that is  legitimate BBC 157 and if you do have any other   questions about it of course let me know and in  summary from what would usually take me two months   to have like a progression in my symptoms so like  when mine gets really bad and this is actually   what led me to go all optimal with movements you  know you see me doing like the dandles and stuff   is because that was a chain of events that led  me to go I need to line things up a bit better   this injury happened from actually going on  holiday and not doing my anyway we'll do that   in another video and I found that with the help  and this is the most important thing with adequate   rest and correct physio that's the big thing so  shout out Lauren L MH optimal because she's helped   me in the past of it as well and we made great  results and I went to her again as I always would   along with the stretches along with the mobility I  found comparatively like like I said two months or   so without any use with pet ties this time three  and a half weeks okay that's my personal antidotal   uh experience and that's why I did want to do a  video as well because I want to be in it before I   can really do content about it I don't want to be  the person that just jumps on the peptide wave you   know references things off without actually giving  it a go and coincidentally although not ideal and   needing to use it so there we go if you  enjoyed this video please do drop a like   a comment any questions as well and like I said  the next one will be tb500 but if you have any   other peptides you do want me to go through  also let me know catch you in the next one [Music]
