Everyone online seems to be talking about peptides, but this one stack in particular gets the majority of attention. BBC 157, TV500, aka the Wolverine stack. And look, the hype is real. These peptides have exploded across the internet because people swear they heal everything. Tendon pain, shoulder issues, knee problems, old injuries, even gut inflammation. It sounds great, but here's the reality. Most guys have no idea what BBC57 and TB500 actually do or how they work or when they work or when it absolutely won't help you at all. So, if you're curious about peptides or you're skeptical of the hype or looking for an edge to feel strong again, this video is for you because I'm going to break down what BPC57 and TB500 really does inside the body and how they support tissue repair and lower inflammation, heal the gut in a way most people misunderstood and misuse and how to stack and dose and moderate the Wolverine protocol for maximum recovery and repair. So, let's dive right into it. What is BPC-157 TV500? And let's talk about what they're derived from. Stomach protein, right? They support the gut lining. They repair. They reduce systemic inflammation in the body. And that is virtually why they're so amazing because they lower inflammation. Because when you have systemic inflammation, the body doesn't heal. Now, acute inflammation is okay. And what's the difference? Acute inflammation is when you go to the gym and you work out really hard and well, your body needs to recover cuz that's an acute situation. That's why you don't want to stunt and slow down that inflammation after workout by jumping in a sauna, jumping in a cold plunge or not eating or not taking care of yourself after workout because now you're not letting the body heal. That's the only time inflammation is good. But think about it this way. Imagine your body didn't reduce inflammation after that period of time that went by. Imagine if you just stayed inflamed, which means retain fluid, stay under stress. That's not good. That's when the body cannot heal. So what are BPC and TV500? Well, they're derived from stomach protein and they support the gut lining. They repair and reduce systemic inflammation. Remember, you want to have acute inflammation after workouts. That's okay. But systemic, what does that mean? That's when your entire body is under a lot of stress. It's inflamed. It's pissed off. You can retain fluid because you have high inflammation. Cortisol is high as a stress marker. But here's the thing. When your body is so inflamed all the time, your body cannot heal. It is fighting against itself. Not going to win that battle. So these peptides really help increase blood flow. They help literally at the injury site as well. So you can use these peptides to go heal your shoulder or if you're just constantly inflamed because maybe you have a lot of stress with your liver, a lot of stress with your kidney, you have digestive problems, you can get inflammation from many different things, right? Not sleeping well, not proper nutrition, you know, overdoing training, overdoing cardio, overdoing a lot of things. So you can cause chronic inflammation, systemic inflammation by just doing too much of stuff over stressing the nervous system. So these peptides help improve blood flow, which eventually helps lower inflammation. Now with the gut, they can help the gut lining for sure. They also help your immune system because, well, your immune system is what basically is, you know, surrounding your gut, 80% of it at least. Now with the gut healing, I want to put a little asterk there for a second because I have the holistic side of my clinic and I have the performance side of the clinic. When I approach gut healing, it's very different than probably 99% of the people out there that do gut healing because we do the proper testing with epigenetic testing and gene testing and we look at the type of toxins that are affecting your body and not just in the gut or one particular toxin. We're testing everything because most doctors unfortunately are going to do a test for like mold or a parasite or fungus or whatever it is that they think they're looking for based on your symptoms. But what if there's other toxins there? What if you don't realize that you have more than just candida or a parasite? Well, if there's metals, well, if there's endotoxins and and BPAs and all the other stuff, you're not going to know if you're doing a test for one particular toxin. I'm not saying that's not helpful. I'm just saying you're not going to really fix the problem. And then you're chasing your tail between your legs because those toxins, let's say metals, they evolve into something else called fungus and bacteria if you let them sit for too long. I'm going through right now. So, BPC15700, are they essentially going to fix your gut completely? No. But if you have minor issues and your gut's inflamed, you're getting some, you know, intense, you know, discomfort down there or you're going through a detox phase, you know, with my clinic, we love throwing BPC in or TB500 or both of them or KPV to help the healing process. So, it's a lot smoother, right? And you feel better during this process. Now, TB500 is basically called thamucin beta 4. This promotes cell migration and regeneration. So, if you're going to ask my personal opinion, from my personal experience, I would never think about using this peptide by itself. I would use it with conjun in conjunction BPC157. It's basically like BPC's Uber driver, right? And these things are going to help tendon repair and ligaments and muscle and fascia recover. It can also reduce the scar tissue formation. You know, after you get injured or you have surgery, scar tissue builds up really quick cuz it's healing really quick, right? And it can also help old injuries, right? like those old ones that are like really rickety and and stiff. Amazing for those things. And I'm not saying T500 won't make a difference by itself, but I think if you're going to do this, you want to do it the right way. You want to test these out together. That's your best bet. Now, I'm not telling you to do that. I'm not saying it's the only way. Just from my personal experience, that's what I felt like was the best and got me the best results, not just with me, but also my clients. So, if you're going to use these, I would seriously consider either just take BBC by itself at a higher dose and try that out. see how it goes or combine them together. Now, why do they work so well together? Because BBC reduces inflammation and boosts healing and gives your body the best healing environment. It sets you up for success where TB500 improves the cell migration like I said a minute before. And it helps tissue repair and it rebuilds structure. So, basically, you have one peptide going in there doing the work. The other one's going, "Let me set you up for success. Hold on. let me prep this area for you. And then it does all the things it needs to do to prep the area and then you go in and do the work, right? Does that make sense? That's why these peptides are so amazing together. One improves the condition for healing and the other accelerates the healing process itself. Now, a lot of people complain about arthritis, tenitis pain, elbow pain, knee pain, Achilles pain. It's your best [ __ ] friend. What about rotator cuff pain and shoulder pain? Best [ __ ] friend. Lower back tightness. I got four herniated discs. Yeah. And you're going to have fascia issues as well with disc problems. Yeah, these peptides are going to be your best friend. That achiness, that soreness, that tenderness, gone. And here's the thing, take this as you will. I wouldn't just rely on the peptides to heal these things. I would do the work that you should be doing at this point. Getting MRIs done, addressing the injury, understanding the extent of the injury, like what it is, what's torn, what it what level of tear it is, is it a strain. Understand the injury very well. Don't just go out there and take these things without proper advice from professional from medical professional without evaluating what it is first and then you can do the actual physical stuff yourself as well like therapy and chiropractor care, massages, stretching, strengthening the areas, building up the muscle in those areas. Don't just go out there and take the peptides thinking they're going to do all the work. That's not the case at all. It still requires you the work just like if you're going to run a cycle or get on TRT. It's not going to magically work unless you're putting the work into it. Does that make sense? So, make sure you guys are still trying. Don't just rely on these things. And these peptides are amazing. If you got surgery, recovering from surgery. If you go into surgery, you want to go into the surgery with momentum, right? A lot of people are like, "Oh, I got injured. I'm going to stop working out. I don't care anymore. I tore my bicep. I tore my quad. I'm not going to do it." If you give your body the best environment to heal, you will hear heal so quickly. It will be mind-boggling to you. And you will never, God forbid, you get injured again, you will never go into that injury lazy, fat, not taking care of yourself, stop working out, stop eating healthy food, letting your hormones just nose dive. If you don't go into the surgery prepared to be able to heal, how do you think your body's going to feel after that surgery after you just had doctors in there ripping body parts open and ripping stuff out and sewing stuff together, your body's going to be under a lot of stress. So why would you let your body be under a lot of stress going into that environment? You're literally setting yourself up for failure. So, it's not just important after the surgery, it's important before the surgery. And if you're suffering from chronic inflammation, you're not going to heal. It doesn't matter how good you are after the surgery and how well you how serious you take your physical therapy or how well your diet is or how much you want to be better after that. You have to go into it with momentum. And the gut lining, the IBS, IBD, all that stuff, we're talking about gut issues, Crohn's. Like I said, the reason the first place you are sick and you have gut problems because of toxins. That's the only reason people are sick and have hormone dysfunction or symptoms of gut issues, toxicity levels very high. So taking peptides, does it help with the symptoms, the signaling? Absolutely. But you can't detoxify the body with peptides. So my suggestion is use these in conjunction with the right detoxes. And that's using natural medicine, natural remedies, getting the right tests done, identifying what's off, making sure your detox pathways are working, making sure you're methylating, and then you can work on healing the body properly. Because if you're not detoxifying, you're not methylating. Let's save that for another video. It's not going to work. So, let's talk about protocol concepts, right? And again, these are things that I've tried and my experience. This is not medical advice. I'm just telling you what I went through. This is my personal journey. I would say you want to do at least 6 to 8 weeks at least. I stress people to try at least 12. Longer the better. You have to work on your mobility. You have to do exercises and stretches and strengthening exercises if you can depending on what surgery is or injury is or what you're doing to create blood flow. Blood flow is your best friend. It's your best friend when you're not injured and it's your best friend when you are injured, right? So blood flow is going to be really good because that's transportating that's transporting the nutrients to that area more efficiently and better. And of course you want to lower inflammation. So going on a low inflammatory diet is really important. Keeping stress low. So you don't want to overdo the activity. You don't want to be eating inflammatory foods. You don't want to be not sleeping. You have to make sure you take care of yourself. If you don't give your body the best environment to heal, you will not heal. You will be sitting there injured forever. And here's the thing. I have so many clients that ever actually heal 100%. Because, well, their body is in a state of fight or flight all the time. Their body's under loads of stress. They go back to work too quick. They go back to the gym too quick. And the body is not 100% yet. So, don't rush these things. Take your time with them. Now, here's an important rule. Peptides are just going to amplify all the good stuff you're doing for this healing process. They don't replace the movement. They don't replace blood flow. They don't replace the rehab that you have to do. So, don't neglect these things. Like I said earlier, you still have to do the work. This is not a cheat code. It's just a little boost. Okay. Now, here's the mistake that most guys make. Okay? Thinking, we talked about this a couple times, but I can't stress it enough that peptides are going to replace proper rehab and preventative care. So, going forward, I have a lot of people that get on these peptides. They they heal really quick. Long story short, and I think they can use them as injury prevention, and you can absolutely, but you can't use them as injury prevention and then go back to eating like an [ __ ] or trying to overtrain because you don't feel soreness and tightness and tiredness. You can't train more because of it and do more volume in the gym and go heavier and neglect your form and neglect your diet. Can't do that. And if you don't address your health from the gut, like inside out, you're going to be very sick. You're going to be very miserable. The gut is everything. They call it the second brain. It is the brain. It is in control. So, if you're still eating inflammatory foods, I don't feel bad for you. You're going to be sick. You're going to feel horrible. You're going to look like [ __ ] You're going to look sick. And then on top of that, people are training like there's nothing wrong. They're training like they are super healthy. And they wonder why they get hurt or they wonder why they're always sore. Or better yet, they always wonder why they're not making any results. They're not making any progress. Well, bro, look what you're feeding yourself. Bro, I'm eating 4,000 calories and I can't grow. Okay. What's those 4,000 calories consist of? Well, I eat uh this this Chipotle and this bread. And then I have uh I got Subway. Yeah. I have one meal prep cuz you know I have time to cook. Yeah. And I got an egg. I have a protein shake. Yeah. I got two protein shakes actually. Okay. So, you have 4,000 calories from all processed synthetic [ __ ] Got it. Um and then people using bro dosing, right? Instead of actually following a protocol. And bro dosing could be like super high doses or better yet not even understanding what they're taking, how long they've been on it. They forget. They start, they stop, they forget to do their shots. That's bro dosing. No structure, zero structure, no protocol, no plan. And then they don't do any labs. So they have no baseline of where they're at. Now, here's the thing with peptides like BBCT500. There's not any way to really measure whether or whether or not how well they're working or not they're working, right? But you can measure this inflammation in the body. And if you have a baseline of where you're at prior or during or after, you can really understand how well these things are working or at least understand how well the environment is that you're giving your body to heal, right? Because if you look at those markers and you can see, oh well, my inflammatory markers are going down and my cortisol is going down and my liver is getting healthier, my kidneys better, my gut feels better, it's a pretty good sign things are working. So with working on inflammation, it's not going to happen overnight. This takes a minute. It's not going to happen in 48 hours, 72 hours, in a week. Bringing inflammation down and detoxifying the body and healing is a very slow tedious progress process just like building muscle or losing weight. Little bits every day, little little micro adjustments, little bit of micro progress every day is what's going to give you the b the best outcome, right? And the reason you're going to get the best results is because you're disciplined, right? You can't accelerate these things because you're more disciplined. It's just about being fundamentally dialed in. If you do those things and you're consistent, nothing's going to stop you. Like nothing. Now, this is really important as well. Now, this is where personalization really comes into play because you have to understand that you're different from your friend. And maybe your friend had the same injury. Maybe it was exactly the same. Maybe it was the same time. Maybe you both tore your pec off the bone at the same gym at the same time cuz you guys are bros, right? You guys are best friends. You have to look at blood markers because maybe his baseline at that time when he got injured was different than yours. Maybe he was taking androgens. Maybe he was natural. Maybe he had something going on that you could never imagine happening to you. That's why blood work is so important and getting your lab markers done because you have to understand your baseline. Understand that whatever you're going to do is very different from the next. And you have to look your inflammation markers. I can't stress this enough, right? Your CRP, your feritin, your iron levels, liver values, kidney, cortisol, right? And then you also have to look at gut analysis. And this is where BPC and TB500 can help bring inflammation down while you're doing all those good things. And then if you're long as you're monitoring your sleep, your stress, your testosterone levels, absorption of testosterone, mainly free testosterone, and also your recovery, like biometrics, if you're wearing like a Whoop, you're going to be golden, bro. You're going to be like in the best shape ever with these things. So use the peptides like their tools, and the data is going to tell you how to use them safely and effectively so you get the best outcome with these things. Because listen guys, I would love for them to be have a peptide out there right now where you don't have to work out, right? Mike Isertel talks about this. He wants a a steroid where you could just take it and not work out. You just grow muscle. When I think about that, it sounds amazing. You know how much that would affect the man like us as men where we don't have to do anything to earn it? Imagine you didn't have to have discipline. You could just wake up and have all the money in the world or you could have all the best physique in the world, all the muscle. You know how bad men would be at that point? You know how depressed men would be? I'm not talking about like egos. I'm just talking about literally how would you feel about yourself? Because then you don't earn anything from being disciplined, from being consistent. You don't learn that. The reason we're men is because we're so disciplined, right? We're so consistent. We can push through those barriers. We can push through those walls and those those hard times. If it it was too easy, you wouldn't respect it. You wouldn't care for it. You wouldn't do it. So, the reason you do these things is because you respect it and you love the process and you love winning. That's why you do these things. So, when you're dealing with nagging injuries or shitty recovery or you're just tired of feeling beat up from training, there's no peptide stack alone that's going to fix these broken systems by itself. Like I just told you guys, there isn't. But your gut, your inflammation levels, your hormones, your sleep, your stress response ultimately determines how well your body can heal. So, through my one-on-one coaching and biohacking protocols, we've helped [music] thousands of men over 30 lose body fat, build muscle, optimize their hormones using DNA testing and functional labs and personalized recovery with gut health and hormone optimization plans.
