salt like that is probably how much salt you should be taking preworkout for my rats. They must be taken separately. What is going on guys? I just want to apologize that this is not the fertility video. I could not get it up in time. There is so much to go over and it is so complex. It is the most complex protocol that I've ever ran. And I did so much detailed research that I want to put all of that into the video. And so far, I just haven't been able to explain it in a way that I want it to be understood. So, next Sunday is going to be the tentative date that the fertility video comes out. You do not want to miss that because it has the most information probably that I've ever posted in a video. Welcome back to another video. And I don't want to say we're back, but we're [ __ ] back, baby. Let's go. Now, when I say we're back, I don't mean we're fully back because we need to take the craziest peptide cycle right now in hopes to compete once again just before or after my kid is born. You guys know that I came off all steroids for almost 7 months in order to have my kid. I did not strength train. I worked out, but you know, it wasn't the same. And you guys know I have the mark plumber curse where if something's going to go wrong, it's going to go wrong. Such as this week, the entire bottom of my car bottoming out, the skid plates falling off, the air intake hose just completely snapping in half. I literally had to tow my car to the garage and take Ubers around because I had no means of transportation here because my truck is back in my hometown. But we decided to start strength training and I forgot how much I missed it. My goal is to dumbbell press the 200 lb dumbbells in 2 weeks from now. So I wanted to do 170 lb for eight. And this is a weight that I have never done before. No sleeves, no wraps, completely raw. And when I was taking that weight off and leaving it in front of the bench, I was scared. My heart was beating so fast. I was thinking of every shitty thing that has happened in the last 6 months of my life to hype myself up to get ready for that lift. And I nailed it for eight reps easy. And the thing is after I really didn't feel like any of those things that were pissing me off or that was building up anger inside of me were there anymore. I could think so much more rationally and I was so much more calm. And I just forgot how much powerlifting and strength training helped me mentally in life push through these hard things. And that is why I do want to come fully back. Now you guys know the last two meets I did these massive weight cuts and it was just horrible. I ended up bombing out. I wasn't as strong. The preps went amazing and then the meet days went horrible. So, the goal is to compete in August or October, either a month before my kid is born or after, and go in for the pure joy of powerlifting. No shit-talking, no calling people out, going there and putting up a bigger total than I ever have before. And I put up, 1900 at 198. So, so the only person that I want to beat going into this next meet is myself. And the way we're going to do that, let's just say I'm dealing with a little bit of an injury cuz I'm ank boy kind of pushed it too hard. I'm 28 years old. I was slightly thinking that I was 18 years old and I thought that I could still do a standing back flip with weights. Standing back flip. Standing back flip. >> So, long story short is I can, but my knees have taken quite the beating now. Bench perfect, deadlifts, perfect. We're doing a massive deadlift video on Tuesday to kind of see where we are. Squats with the knees are the things that is kind of bothering me right now. So, we are doing the BPC and TB500 mix. Now, this is not for human consumption. I'm being an idiot and taking this for human consumption. These are not FDA approved. Listen to Israel and don't take peptides. It is not good for you. You will die. You will literally die. Even though most likely the entire world is basically on Redda right now and I do feel that someone has like a button that they can just like everybody. Um I think it was that conspiracy theory goes deep. BPC and TB500 for my rats they must be taken separately. You should not be buying a combination because BPC needs to be taken one to two times a day. TB500 is once every other day. The half-lifees are completely different. Now, both of these help reduce inflammation, but they reduce them in their own ways. BPC helps reduce the inflammation of the area that you hurt, which is why you've commonly heard that you should inject BPC near or at least close enough to the area that is damaged, which in my case is my knee. TB500, on the other hand, reduces the entire body inflammation. So it does not matter where because BPC repairs the damaged tissue directly and TB500 gives it the tools to do it. So the exact recovery stack that we are doing to help my knees be able to squat. You'll see in the next 3 to 4 weeks is we're doing 250 micrograms of BPC three times a day because I'm just that guy. We're doing 500 micrograms of TB500 every other day. the BPC. I inject it right into the knee. So, I literally, it's still subq, you just literally pinch some fat in and then I like to massage it out. Now, because it reduces inflammation and brings blood flow to the area, you should not take this right before bed and go to sleep. That is not optimal. Take these peptides. And now I'm going to go do my knee recovery routine, which is a lot of just split squats, a little low mobility, body weight squats to try to get the tendon stronger, allow more blood flow to the area, and I'll be back to normal. We did increase the growth hormone to six IUs a day because the goal is to compete once again. So, I am back to coaching full-time with the kid on the way. I've decided that I want to kind of phase out from more of the business stuff and kind of go full into coaching like I was at 22 to 25. So, I got some client calls to make. So, >> have your feet. >> All right. So, we are training back today. Now, we're not going that heavy because like I said, we want to do A [ __ ] WELL, I swear to God. I swear to God, it's the minute you hop back on cycle that [ __ ] like that starts happening. I was off for 7 months. That [ __ ] would never [ __ ] happen to you. But then the universe is like, you know what? He's already going to be irritable. Let's test this [ __ ] Anyways, we're not going to train heavy. We're going to go little light. This gym is insane. It has every machine that you could think of. So, we're just going to do a ton of random pull down machines cuz I did one back day last week for pulls. Now, I'm going to do a pull down today and then I'm going to do a deadlift day Tuesday. Yeah, that's right. That's a lot of volume, but my steroid cycle kind of makes up for it. I kind of went over it in the other one, but we are on 500 mg of test. We haven't ran 500 tests in a long time. And I'm starting to get that confident, arrogant, like I'm better than you attitude back, which I do think that you need that for any successful business cuz you do need to be your own biggest fan. We added 500 mg of EQ. We added 60 mg of T-ball. And then we are also doing 50 micrograms of T3 and 50 micrograms of Clen Precardio and then 1 millig of sloop 332 and 150 micrograms of T4 because with six IUs of growth hormone like T4 becomes very utilized in the whole stack and because we're doing six IUs of growth hormone we are eventually going to add in probably a slow acting insulin because my insulin sensitivity is like kind of not good right now, but I haven't had time to go to the pharmacy and pick that up. And that's everything. So, I'm barely I'm basically natural. Basically, like anything under six compounds is is like natural. Like, and anything under like 1,500 milligrams a week, which is I'm like well under is is natural. So, we're going to have our pre-workout meal, which usually do not have fats preworkout. I'm just don't do what I do. Just take my advice. You want simple digesting carbs so you get the best pump. But this is all I had. So, we have 200 g of extra lean ground beef, 100 g of rice, and then some low-fat shredded cheese. That's not low fat. I just say that for YouTube. And then we are doing two scoops of Mr. Veins, one scoop of creatine. 5 g of creatine, guys. every single day. Don't miss, not just on training days. Every single day, five grams of creatine. You guys need to work on the foundation. And like I feel like that's why a lot of people don't get the results they're looking for cuz they miss like the super simple stuff. And then we do 20 g of glutamine cuz this is great for like internal digestion. So that's what we're rocking with. No, sodium is what literally makes your muscles contract. You stop eating salt is only beneficial when you're 3 days out of a bodybuilding show or cutting weight for powerlifting.
