C4 is deteriorating, C5 was herniated to the left, and C6 was herniated to the right. I did two rounds of oral steroids. I had two epidural shots in my neck, and I also did BPC. I think I did like three or four cycles of it. Obviously, the epidural was going to be the main one. The oral steroids didn't do shit, but I do think that the BPC played a huge role in helping my neck get back to normal. One of my really good friends who's very knowledgeable on this stuff, he swears by it. He says that nothing helped his neck, but BPC actually healed him. Whether that was it or not, I do think this stuff is pretty fucking great. It almost seems like too good to be true almost, because the side effects are essentially none. which is unheard of. I'm sure someone out there got something, but the side effects are essentially slim to none. If you are over the age of 30, like me, you are probably hurting somewhere. I can't sleep in because my back hurts. My neck is about 90%. Knees hurt if it gets too cold outside. So if you're like me and you have some stomach issues or some joint issues or nagging, whatever, BPC might be worth a shot. There was one study in particular that even showed that it could heal enough of the tendon to bone for some people to avoid surgery. That is huge. That is the dessert, the good stuff. But what about the veggies? Like we talked about, the side effects? Like I said, essentially none. None that I could find at least. The only thing I really saw was that if you have autoimmune issues, you could possibly have a reaction. Um, but if you just stop, then it'll go away. And that is really about it. Do I think it's completely side effect free? No, I don't. There's nothing on this planet that is side effect free. Um, but from what I'm seeing, it's very, very slim. Now, what does a cycle of this stuff look like? Now, it's not something you want to continuously take. Um, typically, you know, it's four weeks on, and then you can take two weeks off. Um, so run it for a month, take a couple of weeks off, and then you can jump back on. Um, if you need more to kind of fix what you got, that is exactly how I ran it. I think I did, I think it was three cycles of it is four weeks on two weeks off. Um, and I ran three of those. Now, as far as dosing is kind of a big dose range, but you're looking at 200 micrograms all the way up to seven or 800 micrograms. I kind of split it, um, right down the middle. At least that's where I ended up. I started at 250 and then I ended up right about 500. I never did over 500. I just kind of stayed right there. Um, but you know, as always start slow and raise it as needed, even though this stuff essentially doesn't have any side effects. If you can get by with less, then that's a win-win, right? You use less product, you save more money and you fix your issue. Now for anyone wondering, this is micrograms, not milligrams. There are a thousand micrograms in one milligram, a thousand milligrams in one gram. I know a lot of people get those confused. Now it does need to be injected daily, but like I said, if you're doing sub Q in your fat, it's super fucking easy. I did read that it can be a little more effective, at least it's shown to be a little more effective if you split the doses up throughout the day. But me personally, I didn't do that. I just did it in the morning and went about my day. I'll kind of leave that decision to you. I just kept mine simple. All right, last but not least, how do you store this stuff and how do you care for it? Now, like most peptides, once it's reconstituted, it is very fragile. So when you mix it up, you need to be patient and you need to be careful. Don't shake it. Don't play catch with your fucking cat. You just want to very lightly swirl it around and give it time to mix up. Don't fucking inject this stuff in there and shake it like a salt shaker. Just take your time with it. Be patient. And a lot of times if you do it for a few minutes, it'll dissolve or just put it in the fridge and it'll end up dissolving on its own. And then you can swirl it a little bit when you pull it out. Just be very careful. You do this to ensure that it remains stable. Now, one thing I'm debating on is rather I should do like a special video on how to reconstitute the peptides. Because if you don't know, then now you will know these compounds do not come ready to use for your research. They come as a powder and you have to reconstitute them by using sterile water or aka bacteriostatic water. You cannot use faucet water. So for the love of God, do not be sucking out some tap water and putting it in there. It has to be sterile water aka bacteriostatic water. Now, all it takes is you know, a little bit of math to know what dosage you are getting with how much water you use. But I do know it is kind of confusing. So if you guys want me to do a video like that, leave me a comment down below. It'll be super easy. And that way we just get it all out there because I'm not going to lie. I've been doing this forever. And sometimes even I get confused because you got to do a little bit of math. Now, once you do reconstitute it, like I said, you want to keep it in the refrigerator and you want to keep it away from UV light. So, you know, don't take it tanning with you. Reconstitute it, put it in a safe place in the fridge. Don't put it in the cheese drawer or just, or anything like that. Just set it off to the side to where no one's going to grab it and just leave it alone until you use it. And that is essentially BPC 157. As you guys know, beyond research, if you need any, I got some lined up right here. We're going to be going over essentially as many as you guys want. We got Milana tan coming. We got CB 500 coming. Um, we got a lot of stuff and honestly, I'm excited for this series because you guys have been wanting it and I've been needing some content. We're going to kind of be getting into the busiest season with final boss for quarter one. Um, but I'm going to try to put these out. If not, you know, once a week, at least every two weeks, I'm going to try to stay on the top of this as much as I can. I just don't know how busy I'm going to get. Um, but yeah, check out beyond research, shoot me an email. If you have any questions about that or really anything else, of course, final boss, we got Anabar shield is in stock with the old formula. We got Turk still kicking ass on there. Hey, big year coming, big things coming. Um, happy to be back. I feel good. Um, I'm wearing a hat again because a lot of you guys were just very, very upset, um, that I had braids, but for now, we're bringing back the hat, leave my curly hair alone. Um, and yeah, that's it. I appreciate you. I love you. And I will see you at the next video. See you guys.
