BPC-157. Now, this is the oral form of BPC -157. BPC-157, historically, along with the NAD Plus video I talked about recently on the channel, are injectable options where people do NAD injections for improving the NAD levels. BPC-157, also referred to as body protection compound, actually, it's one of the few peptides where there actually is bioavailability in the gut. And if you have any gut issues, oral may actually be more efficacious for addressing those gut issues than the actual injections, where the injections are typically more effective for wound healing, localized site stuff, such as like tendonitis or a knee or hip or something like that. So what can I say about my experience with this? Well, I started taking it about six months ago and cycling it. And so the dosing is ranging between 500 micrograms and a thousand. That's the recommendation. This has been technically, I guess, banned for human use because it is still like a research. There needs to be more research by the FDA, but the reality is it's quite effective and you can search the web for many, many stories from people who've taken this and basically swear by it. And I personally can tell you that I've experienced very positive outcomes from two cycles of this supplement. So it's expensive. It's not cheap. By that, I mean, I think one of these bottles is about 130 bucks, 140 bucks. You get 60 days worth, 700 micrograms per dose. You can ramp that up for a short period of time. There's no real side effects going up to a significantly higher doses than this. I won't be quoted for exactly how high of a dose you can go, but you can go quite a bit higher. What I have found personally is I had issues with chronic nagging injuries. In particular, I was dealing with bicep tendonitis from just curling heavy weight and training a little bit harder in my arms. And also I have a sort of like couple of things with my knees. And when I take this after about 10 days, I start to notice that the areas feel like they're no longer sort of pulsating from that stress, like in a very controlled way. I've specifically noticed like bicep tendonitis from the oral BPC-157 has really resided. I also feel more stable and I guess a little bit more rigid. I don't know how to describe it. The mechanism is still not fully understood as to how this supplement works, but some people think that it works by providing more blood flow into the tissues. And we all know that delivering oxygen to tissue is one of the best ways to allow tissue to repair, to recover. And so that's probably one of the big mechanisms there. It's just opening up the capillaries around the sites of injury and allowing for more blood flow so that the body can repair it more effectively and more efficiently, especially if you have nagging areas. So I haven't noticed any side effects in the negative. I have not had any side effects in the positive either. For the most part at the 700 micrograms I've done, and I've done about double that for two weeks. So I've done 700 in the morning on an empty stomach, and then I've done 700 at night before bed. And that cycle, I haven't noticed any sort of issues with continued use. I also did cycle off of it for about six weeks. Didn't see really any residual recurrence. Like it wasn't like my bicep tendonitis came back and was giving me issues after I went off. It can be an acute treatment for chronic injuries that you can then cycle off and you're not going back into remission and dealing with those injuries again. It's kind of a Wolverine sort of concept, right? You take the supplement. It helps you with your joints, your ligaments, your body tissue, as far as feeling stronger, more resilient and recovering faster. And I think the baseline for your strength and recovery just goes up a bit when you're on it. So I don't recommend taking anything indefinitely, but you could potentially try this out. Again, the brand I use is called Alkaline. I'm not affiliated, but they are shipping this out of Texas. I've been referred to this product and this brand in particular by a professional clinician that I work with. And I think it's awesome. I would definitely experiment with injections in the near future, just for some localized things that I'm dealing with, particularly my knees. There's some areas there and I've got some stuff I'd like to work on. So that's what I have to say about that. Hope you enjoyed the video. There's a lot of great testimonials and peptide knowledge out there on the web, especially on YouTube. So don't have to take my word for it if you haven't checked this out. But if you are dealing with something maybe chronic in the tendonitis ligament range, and you think it's more of something where it's just strained and maybe inflamed, this could be a great modality to try to treat it. And pretty noninvasive, 60, 70 bucks a month. Try it out for a couple of months, take it daily. Again, not medical advice and see if it helps you. And if you don't have any side effects and you're being careful, could be a great way to go. Thanks for watching. I'll see you in the next video. Until then.
