Yes, we all want the body of Wolverine, but to be able to do that long term, you need to be able to heal right. And especially when you're getting to your late 30s, 40s, it becomes harder and harder to do that. Hi guys, Tony here. Today I'm going to be talking about the peptides BPC-157 and TB-500. They've both been getting a lot of traction in the media recently, especially BPC-157 with Joe Rogan talking about it. You know, let's not let guys take Tren and fucking D-Ball and all this crazy shit. Yeah, let's not do that. But I don't see any problem with things like BPC-157 that are just all it's going to do is help your body heal quicker. That's what we want. We want to get better quicker. You're in the business of breaking bodies. You're in the business of literally kicking guys' legs out from under them and punching them in the stomach. We should have some shit that makes you heal quicker. Right. Just be healthy. It's not gaining an advantage over another fighter. The only advantage is you won't be injured as long, which is a very good thing that we should apply to everyone. And it's not dangerous. It doesn't have horrible side effects. It's not something that's scary. It's going to fuck up your reproductive system. It doesn't do any of those things. It just helps you heal faster. So I've just done a cycle of BPC-157 and TB-500. I was having some joint issues with my knees as well as my shoulder. And all I can say is there's nothing short of amazing at the repair I've had. BPC can either be taken orally or via injection. With injuries, people tend to go more for the injection as you get a localized effect. It will get some systemic buildup, just not as much. Whereas orally is more systemic, but people lean more towards that for the gut. Or say if you had a fear of needles, then you could do it orally, but you're just not going to get as much localized repair to say that injury area. So BPC promotes nitric oxide synthesis. So nitric oxide is a potent vasodilator. So you're getting more blood flow to certain areas where needed. It also promotes growth factors as well as nerve regrowth as well. And it just helps with tissue repair as well as calming down inflammation. Another benefit of BPC is it can increase the expression of growth hormone receptors in your fibroblast. This is in your tendons. It's been shown in trials. But I imagine that would be the same fibroblast even in your skin. That's why I talk about having skin benefits from it. And I'm not keen on, say, doing a peptide for growth hormone specifically or growth hormone itself. It can speed up your aging. But if you're just increasing the efficiency of your growth hormone, that's certainly a good thing. But then again, some people do have low levels, so everyone's different. Dr. William Seeds, he's a renowned peptide guru. He was talking about it on a Mind Pump show about he's talking to a Russian doctor who's been using BPC for decades and has done all kinds of trials with it. And William Seeds was talking about exploring another peptide. I think it was Thalemis and Alpha 1. And this Russian doctor was saying, why even bother looking at these other peptides? BPC is the one. It's just had so many applications. There's no point looking at the other ones. Yes, I think that's a bit of an oversimplification, but still, it just shows how many uses BPC does have. Another example, I had the peptide expert, John Fentra Tremblay, and he was talking about the combination of BPC and TB500 and saying, if you, say, had an ailment, some kind of illness, but you didn't know what it was with your doctor, it's about probably, he said, up to 90% chance you could just cure it just with the combination of those two. And even if you never found out what it was, because it just promotes healing in so many areas that, yeah, you could just clear up something and just never known what it was in the first place. You've got to remember, when you're 20 years old, your body will produce a lot of more of these peptides, say, like BPC. And so recovery is a lot easier. You can, you know, push your boundaries a bit more and not have that same risk of injury. But when you're 40 years old, you're going to produce less of them. And that's where doing something like a peptide like BPC can help. Yes, we all want the big muscles. It's a bit like having like a really powerful car and then you don't upgrade the suspension or brakes. So if you're just to focus your diet and supplements purely on just muscle growth and not think about your joint health, then you're in the long term, you're going to have a lot more issues. So what are the side effects with BPC? Well, unfortunately, not many. I mean, there's been talk about people with, say, autoimmune disorders. It could potentially make them worse. Apart from that, some people said about, you know, they think it could be linked with cancer because if you're promoting angiogenesis, more blood flow to an area. But then certainly in Petri dishes, it's been shown to have the opposite. So, yeah, I would take that with a pinch of salt. The other drawback with BPC is it's just not had many medical, well, human trials on it. Plenty of animal ones where it's been shown to have great responses. I know in a mouse experiment, they cut the ligament in the ankle and actually healed on its own. So not needing any surgery, which is crazy. And then even with humans, there's lots of anecdotal reports. say even people would like scarred livers like 70% scarred liver and it's drastically repaired the liver you just got to remember there's not much financial incentive for something that can't be painted to put it through millions and millions of dollars of research so what are the typical dosages well with injections it can be anything from 250 micrograms up to 400 some people go even higher than that and also I think it's if you had depends how many injuries too because I said you get some systemic build-up even from doing injections so if you had multiple injuries maybe you could go a bit less with the dosage but yeah with oral it's 300 micrograms and or it can be 500 microgram capsules and you can do that up to twice a day so it could be up to 1000 micrograms a day and then the length of the cycle I think most people they don't go over 30 days it could be less if your injury repairs quicker than that but again with all these peptides the longer you go with the cycle the less efficacious it gets because your body builds up certain antibodies so jumping on to TB500 it has a lot of crossover benefits with BPC-157 but it has one difference in it promotes more like muscle growth and repair also TB500 is meant to have more rejuvenation properties for the heart like ventricle atrophy which is something you get from say a lot of steroid use for example it can even help against gray hairs bringing them back to their natural darker state but people often combine the two the BPC and TB500 because you're going to get some crossover benefits and just faster recovery TB500 has the added benefit if it's done more human trials where it's had definitely some success it can promote the healing of the endothelial lining so your your whole blood flow circuit and this is something that if it gets damaged over time it can cause vasoconstriction so you can cause high blood pressure this is something that can affect a lot of us as we get older and things like poor dietary choices can increase the reactive oxygen species so the oxidative stress basically on that endothelial lining and then it just it becomes worse and worse as you get older so about my cycle I did two and a half weeks on the both of them it was in my right shoulder and both knees I did in my knees from say running initially but also doing lunges going too heavy with the weight I have stopped running now and I go for the cross trainer instead but then still doing the lunges I get pained and in the olden days I'd have to cut out doing a lot of leg training and so I would just lose the muscle maybe not if I was 20 years old but as I said this is just hacking your body to that of its younger self but then it all depends on how far you're pushing your body if you're a 20 year old athlete then yeah for sure some people still would benefit from doing one of these peptides so I myself I did 300 micrograms in all three areas obviously injection I'm talking about I have done oral previously and it does help but yeah yeah depends on say if you've got a lot of different injuries then you could just rather than injecting everywhere you could just get the systemic build up obviously you do get a systemic build up from injections but just more of it is localized too and now I'm just doing the cross trainer instead of running and I've kind of eased up on the actual weight on my lunges just to try and preserve those knees and then with my shoulder I used to over train it and then I think what's happened is I've got two huge 4k monitors so sometimes I my arm so I use the mouse to my right arm and I think sometimes it's the angle it's a little bit off so my arm isn't supported so just for a long period of time just it's supporting its own weight some dodgy angle so now I kind of realize that so over time I'm hoping that the injury won't come back especially if I don't over train my shoulders either and with the TB500 I did two and a half weeks of it at three milligrams a week so split into two doses 1.5 milligrams each one I believe yeah you can go up to 12 weeks with TB500 and some people do five milligrams a week so that's quite a low dose I think if you're going to do it on its own and yet you'd probably want to do it for longer maybe you could increase the dosage but if it's combined with BPC157 I think you can get away with less depends what you're looking for as BPC is probably more towards like a joints and injuries or the gut say and yeah it's obviously it's cheaper too so you could just do that or if you're looking to lean towards more muscle recovery then a TB500 could be an option so if you're looking to get your own of either one of these then check out the pinned comment down below there's a company I use Swiss chems and it's all been properly independently tested stuff got a lot of customer reviews they've been around a long time and it's all reasonably priced stuff so if you want to use my code it's TM10 for 10% off thanks for watching I'll see you next time
