okay so we know what bpc157 is we know what tv500 is what are my experiences with them for acute injury to tendance and to muscles I've seen absolute tremendous changes I've used them personally in my pecs in my shoulders in my quads and my hips uh and I usually use it as a combination for those that don't know my name is Brian Carroll I live in Jacksonville Florida I'm a Migel method certified provider having power lifted for over 21 years and ending on a high note of being the first person to squat over 1300 lb I now work with people all over the world from both a virtual standpoint and in person here in Jacksonville Florida with injury resilience and performance enhancement I'm not giving you medical advice for more information go to powerst strength.com thank you so much enjoy this video the generally recommended dose of bpc157 is around 300 mics once or twice a day the tb500 ranges all over the place some people suggest to take it once a day on Sunday and take amount in a few grams other people say you should take it twice a day throughout the week like the bpc 157 it's been great for tendon and muscle pain and muscle injury reducing inflammation using those synergistically I think helped me a great deal I've seen some people all but tear off their hamstring five or six weeks out from a competition black and blue bleeding super swollen they hit tv500 and bpc 157 all around this hamstring now this isn't an internet story I've actually seen this happen they hit bpc and TB all around the injury site and they are pulling a PR at the meet five or 6 weeks after starting bpc and tv500 pulling a PR squatting a PR 5 to six weeks out after almost blowing off one of their hamstring muscles I've seen it work I've seen it work in my shoulder I've seen it work in my pecs before I haven't seen it work quite as well for more chronic injuries chronic shoulder chronic Peet chronic knee and I have not seen it work for back pain ligamentous back pain facetogenic back pain discogenic back pain I have not seen it work in this video I'm talking about tb500 and bpc157 they're great healing peptides but I don't think they're going to help your back pain many people I've seen have amazing success but these are not going to help with your chronic injuries and I don't think they're going to help so much with your back pain or not I've seen tons of antidotal data on tb500 and bpc157 helping people with a cute strains I've seen it work miracles nothing short of Miracles with some people I hear common question the common question is will it help my back pain looking for the answer to your sleepless nights sore muscles and better overall well-being if so powerx strength CBD has you covered all of our products are made of CBD isolate and have 0% THC powerstrength cbd.com to order now so you can get back to sleeping recovering lifting feeling and being better if someone has a torn muscle in their back very rarely do I ever see someone with an actually a torn muscle in their back maybe a ql an erep a muscle three muscles that make up the erep a the spinalis the iliocostalis and longissimus yes these muscles can tear um some people think they can shoot it in their multifidus which is a deeper muscle to that I don't agree and I wouldn't suggest doing that but there is no evidence to show that it helps the collagen repair of the discs or the facettes the articular cartilage of the facets help them calm down now maybe overall inflammation using a combination of tb500 and bpc157 might reduce your overall inflammatory levels again that's out of my realm you might need to go to a specialist if that's a concern of yours but simply going in and injecting around your spine I would not recommend and most likely you have more going on in your back than a torn back muscle or strain back muscle or just inflame muscles muscle tissues and tendons I've seen these work wonders for but I haven't seen uh any evidence that it helps regenerate uh in plates or facet or ligaments or anything to do with the annulus or the nucleus of the disc or pinching nerves in the back I don't see any efficacy with that although I do have a lot of people that come here and say they're taking this peptide and usually it has a combination of tb500 and bpc157 I recommend that you save your money the same goes for things that I've touched on before if you haven't seen my video on stem cells on disc seal and on PRP you can check out the video here we can link it below I give my thoughts on those I've seen things really good with disc seal but those other things stem cells and PRP I've seen people get significantly worse I do not recommend getting injected uh intradiscal with PRP or stem cells or anything for that matter now this skill disc seal as I talk about is a completely different deal but when it comes down to the spine it's different if you have a lot of inflammation there's different ways to attack it but I don't see bpc157 and or tb500 helping you with your back pain now remember remember you have to get an assessment to determine what is actually causing your back pain it's not good enough when your practitioner says oh your back's just inflamed well what is inflamed is it your muscles is it your ligaments is it your tendons is it your disc do you have inflammation around your disc and facet joints I don't know if these compounds are going to help you but when it comes to muscle and tendons this can be an absolute GameChanger for you read up more do some studying and I do not recommend trying to treat your back pain with these compounds so today we covered bpc157 and tb500 I use them a lot in my powerlifting career they can be absolute game changers as always check with your doctor these are still gray Market supplements at best gray Market peptides at best and they're usually not available through prescription but there are some doctors that find their way to prescribe them so once again bpc 157 and tb500 great synergistically for a cute muscle and tendon injury I would not recommend or spend your money using them for back pain but hope you enjoyed today's video remember like subscribe share
