BPC57 is perhaps one of the most popular peptides in 2025. And I do believe that in 2026, we're going to see some incredible anecdotal reports and even more clinical evidence justifying its use. And so, in today's video, what I want to do is share with you some incredible research that I know many of you are going to be super excited about. Before we get into today's video, I do want to outline a little bit more about BPC57. Now, this is actually a partial sequence of body protection compound found in human gastric juice. Now, BPC57 in a word is a peptide. Now, a peptide is simply a chain, a sequence of amino acids, right? So, it's a combination of amino acids. Um, and so BPC157 is a synthetic peptide that is being investigated for its regenerative effects. Now, BPC, for reasons you're about to discover, stands for body protective compound. So, why is everyone talking about BPC 157? Well, first of all, it's orally bioavailable. This is incredibly hard for a peptide to actually be orally bioavailable. Many peptides need to be injected or they need to be used in nasal spray format. But the good news is that BPC 157 can be used in capsule format. Now I do want to outline big disclaimer. There is a BPC product that I'm going to be recommending in this video. It's the BPC57 product that I'm personally using right now and I'm using it before bedtime to support my sleep. that will be linked down below in the video description and a pinned comment on this video if you did want to choose and use the BPC57 that I recommend and that I trust. So, we've covered the first point that it's orally bioavailable, meaning that you can take it in capsule format and it can be utilized and absorbed by the body. So, that brings me to point number two. It does not need to be injected. You'll be seeing countless reports online of people saying it needs to be used in injectable form. That's not true. BPC57 can be used in capsule format and it can still deliver and confer health benefits even without the need to inject with a needle. Having said that, some people prefer to use sight injections with BPC. they prefer to use it on a torn medial meniscus tear, perhaps the shoulder injury, maybe even um for added joint support in a in a soft or sore area. That brings me to point number three. Everyone's talking about BPC57 because it helps to support the healing of injuries and helps with recovery. This is probably its most well-known um benefit. And then fourth is that it can actually help to fix many gut related issues. Personally, BPC57 basically cured me of lactose intolerance. I was never able to um digest milk, you know, cheese and yogurt effectively. Um I used to get bloating. I used to get diarrhea. I used to suffer a lot when I used uh when I consumed dairybased products. Then when I used BPC57 for two weeks, this actually made me tolerate these foods again. And this is something incredible that, you know, many people out there say they're lactose intolerant. Maybe BPC57 can help to correct that. There's no actual literature in in scientific studies demonstrating this benefit. This is just something that I personally found. In addition, many people are talking about BPC because it helps with sleep. Now, BPC 157 was one of the only compounds or supplements that has actually boosted my deep sleep beyond and above 3 hours. 3 hours. and 15 minutes was the record for the most amount of deep sleep that I've ever had from any supplement, any peptide, any compound, any neutropic. This was a gamecher for me. Um, and this effect faded over time, but I think initially it helped to replenish and restore my sleep. Then the last point is around reversing brain damage. Now, in some cases, people have used BPC 157 to actually heal from brain damage. How does it actually work? How does BPC57 actually work in the body? Well, here are some preclinical models outlining the pathways. This is going to get a little bit technical, but number one is a vascular and angiogenic signaling. So, it actually activates angioenesis and stimulates that in the endothelial cell. And it also has an effect on nitric oxide. So, this enhanced angioenesis can lead to better tissue healing, improved microvascular perfusion. It also helps to attenuate oxidative stress meaning reduced oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation and then also has an ability to normalize vascular tone potentially via this nitric oxide mediated uh feedback mechanism. So collectively these effects do suggest that BPC57 functions as a vascular homeostasis modulator. So in research settings, it does appear to help repair the vascular system. Here are some of the other well-known benefits of BPC57. It has been researched in healing many types of wounds. So helping with wound healing. For those of you who've had really bad trauma or you've had surgery or something like that where you've got wounds and you need to accelerate the healing, this is where BPC 157 can really shine. It also helps to protect intestinal organs and prevents stomach ulcers. I believe that this was one of the first areas of research for BPC57 was related to gut conditions. It was heavily researched in actually trying to treat ulcerative colitis. Um, and so that sort of brings me to my next point here that many people are using BPC57 to protect against leaky gut or IBS or gastrointestinal cramps. Um, and even in Crohn's disease as well. It's also been studied to help with the healing of skin burns. Um, it supports inflammation or like the anti-inflammatory cascade. uh maintaining the integrity of the mucosal lining of the GI tract and it also helps to support digestive function. So this is a fascinating study of 2025. The study was titled stable gastric pentadapeptide BPC-157 as therapy after surgical detachment of the quadriceps muscle from its attachments for muscle tobone reattachment in rats. Yes, it was a rat study, but it excites me that there's more research now. What they said here was that BPC57 application fully reversed this detachment healing failure acting as a rapid therapeutic effect towards muscle tobone reattachment. The BPC57 therapy reversing course acts from the beginning reversing an otherwise insurmountable delletterious course and all parameters of the walking pattern were fully improved. And as previously suggested the novel findings of muscle tobone reattachment after quadriceps muscle detachment basically you will using BPC57 practically revealed that native peptide peroral pharmacotherapy resolved muscle tobone reattachment with BPC57 therapy. The careful dissecting of the quadriceps tendon from the quadriceps muscle uh from its attachments both resulted in muscle junction recovery. Um, so this is really exciting research. Even though it wasn't in humans, it does provide strong encouragement to make us want to look into BPC 157 further. The next point is around balancing the dopamine system. Now this study here was titled pentideeptide BPC 157 and the central nervous system. What they noted here was that likewise in BPC57 therapy there is specific support for each of these topics. Counteracted incphylopathies, alleviated vascular occlusion disturbances, counteracted dopamine disturbances, dopamine receptors blockade, receptors super sensitivity development or receptor activation overrelease, negroal damage and vesicles depletion. This could possibly be useful for those of you who have abused dopamine drugs in the past. You know what I'm referring to. The next point here is around Valium and or benzo recovery. Now this study here was titled the effect of a novel pentadapaeptide BPC57 on the development of tolerance and physical dependence following repeated administration of dasopam. So what they noted here was that BPC 157 counteracts GABA system disturbances. By the way guys, GABA is our calming neurotransmitter system. GABA makes us relaxed. Think of GABA as like when you drink alcohol, GABA levels increase. Here it shows that BPC57 acts favoring the natural homeostasis of the GABA receptor complex as well as enhancing the GABAurgic transmission and having a mechanism at least partly different from those involved in dasopam tolerance or withdrawal. It may be likely used in further therapy of dasopam tolerance and withdrawal. So anyone that's ever had benzoazipene addiction, possibly BPC157 may be of benefit there as well. Now this one here is really interesting. Caneraction of arrhythmia and both high and low blood pressure. BPC57 is showing impressive cardiovascular protection. It reduces dangerous heart rhythm issues, arrhythmias after oxygen loss and restoration in pig hearts. Now it also helps to stabilize blood pressure whether it's too low from allergenine or too high from al name but doesn't affect normal blood pressure on its own. This is really interesting. It also reduces bleeding and low platelet count. And in summary, BPC157 protects your cardiovascular system without causing imbalances when things are already normal. Here we can see the ability for multi-organ membrane repair. So pentadcapeptide BPC-157 antagonizes the incidence of a series of gastrointestinal lesions. It has a positive impact on the healing processes of various wounds, a proven angioenic effect, a protective effect on endothelium and modulates the synthesis of nitric oxide. So this is really promising research. There are different forms of BPC57 available. So BPC157 as the peptide arginate salt form. That's the one that I personally recommend. Okay, BPC57 as the arginate salt form. That's actually used in the BPC gold product that I recommend in the video description down below. It is highly bioavailable via oral administration. Now in the US, most clinical research was initially conducted using injectable administration. However, throughout the international clinical research, BPC157 has been administered orally via dilution in drinking water with almost comparable to the same effects as injectable. In fact, there are greater reports of BPC57's gut healing ability when taken orally compared to the injectable form. So, now you're probably wondering dosages. Well, here with this particular product BPC57 arginate form 500 micrograms, not millig, micrograms. 500 micrograms is the best dosage. Um, and you can combine that here. We can see here they've used the kurcuma long vita. This has some added anti-inflammatory effects. There's many documented studies looking at um how this particular type of curcumin can help with reducing cortisol, helping sleep, supporting um tissue healing, even helping in some cases with arthritic pain. Um not curing disease here obviously, but helping with managing symptoms. So, personally, I recommend taking one capsule, 500 micrograms, before bedtime. Some people will say um you know to take it h in the morning with food but um for me personally I like to use it before bed. So the BPC that I recommend the BPC gold will be linked down below in the video description. If you have used BPC57 guys leave a comment down below what has your experience been like using BPC.
