Everyone's talking about BBC157, TB500, the Wolverine stack, GHK-Cu, even MOTS-c. Most people have no clue what it actually does. They're just being told it does this and they're like, "I want some." So guys, I've been using them. I'm going to tell you exactly what they do, how it actually works, how it's been affecting me, but also being realistic about this entire peptide frenzy. So, let's get into it. >> [music] >> First things first, how do these things actually work? The best way to do this is to let people understand how it works and not just just take something and because your buddy is like, "Hey man, the Wolverine stack makes it heal." You're like, "Oh, cool." And you're like, "Oh, how's it do that?" You don't but you don't ask that question. You're just like, "Oh, cool. I want to I want to heal rapidly." And of course you should, but you should always ask questions. So, I'm going to ask the questions for you. How do these actually work? This is how it actually works, man. They're signaling peptides. What it basically does is your body already does all of the things that most these peptides do. You already GLP-1, right? That your body goes through that natural process when you eat food, especially things like meat, fat, fiber, slowing down, you know, the stomach being emptied out, regulating your blood sugar, right? Your body already does that when it eats food, but peptides basically help activate it. They basically signal the peptide and say, "Hey man, turn on without eating." But when I'm talking about GLP-1s, we're talking about basically these ones, the ones that help heal, reduce inflammation, give you more energy, help with gut health. How do those things actually work? they're signaling peptides. They just kind of tell the body, "Hey, by the way, go work over there." Or go work everywhere without having to do the other things that your body does when it goes through the healing process, like bruising when it comes to healing said area. Or instead of bruising, it's reducing the bruising or reducing inflammation. It binds to the receptor and then it influences the pathway of where it's going. So, put it this way, you got a you know, a traffic monitor guy inside your molecules and then you take the peptides and he comes and he's like, "Hey, let me take over, bro. There's some things going on over here by the elbow. We can take care of that right now. Give me a second. Hey, by the way, hey blood cells, blood vessels, need you to go over to the elbow real quick. There's a lot of just there's a traffic jam over there. It's full of inflammation. We need to bring the inflammation down. We need to get this traffic moving. It's peak hour time and and traffic is getting huge." It's something like that, right? Now, what does that actually mean? They they send messages to the body to repair said issue, to reduce inflammation there, and then increase blood flow to the area, and then improve the production. So, it's just like, "Hey, go fix that traffic jam over there." And do it in the best way that's going to make that traffic jam free up some time in the most timely fashion. So, simply to put it, your body already knows how to heal. The peptides amplify that signal and then send more nutrients to that area. Now, why you feel less pain when you do TB500, BBC157, GHK-Cu, why does that make you feel less pain and more energy? We talk about the MOTS-c as well, too. Your back feels better. Why? Well, put it this way, I have deteriorated vertebrae, L4 and L5 osteophytes. Basically, I have osteoarthritis in my spine. I got issues in my hips. I got no ACL in my right knee. I have past injuries galore from lifting wrong, from football for so many years. And since like literally the age of 13, I had my first major injury, it was like a 3rd degree sprain. I guess you got both. I guess you actually got two 3rd degree sprains, one each ankle. Not back to back cuz that would suck, but basically one happened and then next year the other one happened. Regardless, since I was 13 years old, I've always dealt with a level of pain minus up until now, right? Now, I've used BBC157 and TB500 when I was competing. These peptides have been around, right? There's just this crazy frenzy when it comes to peptides because, well, stuff like Ozempic and tirzepatide, people are like, "What are those things?" And because they got to explain it, "Those are peptides, right?" They're like, "Oh man, peptides, those are crazy." And everyone's like, "Peptides, peptides, peptides." Meanwhile, these things have been out for over a decade, right? I've been using it before and I've used it because like my elbow would get a lot like inflamed from lifting really heavy or like my back hurting pre the first bad experience I had with my back. I was like, "Oh man, I need to take this and it's going to help heal my elbow." Or even some of my wrist at the time. And then when it go away, it went away and I literally haven't had any issues with my elbow ever since, which is kind of crazy. But in hindsight, I'm like, "Why did I stop?" Because again, coming back to what I was saying, I've dealt with a level of pain since I was 13 years old. I'm talking 18 years of playing football, going right into bodybuilding where I've lifted heavy weight for more reps, right? And now here I am in my 40s and I'm like, "You know, I wake up in the morning and I got, you know, my pains at like a five or a six. Sometimes it's like maybe a six and a half and I'm like, "My back feels shitty." Or if I, you know, work out or do something functional, even though I did a great functional workout the day before, the next day I'm like, "I definitely did something functional. My back is stiff." I haven't felt this good since prior to those 13. I kid you not. You know why I'm telling you the truth? Because I'm not selling you anything. I'm not telling you to go and get BP157, TB500 and GP and and GHK-Cu. I'm telling you that's what I've used to help with my body and I feel fantastic. I feel I'm going to say I feel young again, but I can definitely tell you that when I do functional training, I can push myself to a limit, some pretty good limits, and then the next day I'm not like, "Oh my god, my back is killing me." Or, you know, like, "Oh, my hip or my knee" from doing box jumps or burpees to broad jumps or you know, all the Hyrox stuff I've been doing recently, I would not be able to do that before at all. I would literally be in this chair kind of trying to hold myself up talking like, "Yeah, you know" and all that or just slumped over. It's worked. It's helped reduce inflammation in my back, in my hips, in my knee. And then when it comes to overall energy, my energy level has increased. Even though I'm only really getting five hours of sleep a day, which is actually I'm still trying to work on that, guys. I am. Guilty as charged. Regardless, my sleep has increased in terms of efficiency in the time I've been sleeping and when I get up, I'm not relying on my Vyvanse to really kind of get get me up even more because now when I'm getting up, I'm like, "Shoot, I'm awake." And then now I can actually take my Vyvanse, which is for my ADHD medication, and guess what? It's doing what it needs to do instead of doing a bunch of other things like keep me awake. That's my theory when it comes to like why I feel better in terms of my Vyvanse actually work because I'm getting more rested sleep, but also have more sustainable efficient energy throughout the day. Now, my Vyvanse can do what it needs to do when it comes to helping me have more energy in terms of like focus energy and focus. Now, structure is very simple for me. Eight weeks on, switch it up, eight weeks off. That's what I kind of been doing, right? I've switched compounds. Before I was doing the Wolverine stack and then I went into the GHK and then went to Glow and now I'm using Glow and MOTS-c. The next thing I'll do is I'll go from, you know, Glow to just TB500 and then I'll do NAD. I'm going to do stuff. I'm going to do the peptides. I'm going to use the peptides. They're going to help reduce inflammation and increase overall energy. Now, I'll get into more of those here in two seconds. Now, TB500, why and when, right? TB500, high training days, joint pain. Those are great times to use them to help reduce the naturally overall inflammation. And TB500 specifically works for back pain, right? It's been researched to work for back pain. Now, again, we have to be honest about this. These are researched only peptides. The only ones that are FDA approved are the ones that the doctors are able to sell you at the doctor's office. But don't get it twisted. All of these peptides that people are using, they will be branded soon and will be being sold from a doctor near you. Trust me on that. Because how long ago was it that GLP-1s just weren't even a thing? And all of a sudden now it's like, "Uh, but they're all research only peptides." And now what? Your doctor is waiting for you to go to the make an appointment and just give you GLPs when those are mainly for people who have diabetes. Get what I'm saying? Anyway, TB500, again, using it when? Injuries, high training volume, joint pain. What does this signal? New blood vessel growth, movement of repair cells to that injury, reducing inflammation in connective tissue. Now, if you tear connective tissue, like if you tear your ligament or tendon, it's not going to repair it. It's not going to magically If you tore your pec off your bone, it's not going to repair that, right? Now, if you tore your pec and you got it repaired, then taking it on the road to recovery would be a pretty good idea. Now, I would always recommend let your body start doing the healing process first before you just start throwing things in there. It's my recommendation, right? Now, how do I feel? I have more flexibility and mobility throughout my back, my knees, my hips. That's mainly where most of us start to lose that mobility and flexibility, mainly because inactivity, but also people aren't stretching or focusing on mobility. So, don't get it twisted. You're not going to use this stuff and be like, "I'm not going to stretch." If you're not stretching, if you're not working on your mobility or functionality and you think that just doing this is going to No, like every peptide that's out there, you still have to do the work. The smartest approach to any of this is to make sure you have great habits and then you add this to help aid the process of you being a healthier in terms of, you know, reducing inflammation and being able to be more flexible and more functional and more mobile. But if you're not working on your flexibility, you're not working on your mobility and you're like, "Oh man, my back is super stiff." It's probably stiff and junked up because you're not active to begin with and you're not focusing on Every time I talk to one of my clients or anybody I've got consult with that tells me that they have issues in their back and it's not an actual injury from like a car accident or whatever, I ask him, "Are you doing any kind of stretching, mobility work?" "Oh, no, no, I don't." "Are you going to you going to see a massage therapist at all?" "No, no, I don't." I was like, "You have to prioritize that, right?" So, as much as these things will work, they only have limits to how much they can work, period. Now, what's important is it helps strains and repair tissue. What it doesn't do is fully connect things back together. Anyway, now, heading over to BBC157, why and when? Gut issues, nagging injuries. This one directly helps healing the lining of your stomach, which is amazing. What does it do? It signals healing of the gut lining. It increases blood flow to the tendons or ligaments. It's has faster tissue regeneration. Meaning again, if you tear something and it's being repaired or it's repaired and you use it, it speeds up the recovery. Hence those two together TB-500 and BBC-157 together as the Wolverine stack. Make sense? Right. Now, the gut effect. What does it do? It helps repair gut lining. Lowers systemic inflammation. You got some gut issues, there you go, right? Help you out. Again, some of these things can be genetic and you can actually have some issues when it comes to your gut health and whatnot. If you got like, you know, colitis or whatever, I'm not going to be like, "Yo, man, go take some BBC-157 and that's it." It's like, "No, go to the doctor. Get yourself assessed properly. Do all the things you need to do and then maybe add, right?" Again, if you've got gut issues and your diet sucks and you're eating a bunch of foods that cause inflammation, this ain't going to do squat for you. I have to make that very clear because there's I don't know how many people I've ran into in the course of the last, I would say, month where I'm just like, "What? Why are you doing that? Who said do this?" They said to do that? Your doctor just gave it to you? How many milligrams they say? What? Did they I have a friend the doctor gave her tirzepatide. I'm like, "Are you diabetic?" No, she gave it to me to help with, you know, losing weight. I'm like, "Did she mention anything to you about nutrition? You know, anything like nutrition or training, cardio?" Did she say like, "Hey, man, you should probably, you know, look at, you know, controlling, you know, some, you know, weight management in terms of like, you know, controlling how much you eat, like knowing how much you eat is pretty good, making sure you're eating the proper amount of foods, you know, protein for sure. You're going to want to make sure you do that." Zero advice on it. She's like, "Here you go, here's some tirzepatide, take 2 mg a week." And I'm like, "2 mg? What are you talking about? What do you think's happening here?" Well, I I eat. She told me I'm like, "Rap off the minute calories you're actually eating." She rapped off those calories. I estimated 1,000 calories for a 145-lb woman. He's eating 100 calories and I'm it was like 50 g of protein no less. I mean, no more than that. So, even doctors are being very quick to be like, "Here you go, here's a drug to do, etc." cuz they're going to get a deal on this. They get a promotion. They get a kickback when they decide to give you what the new the new and improved drug is. Point I'm making is that you have to have your in line first and it will work that much better when you have your in line. It's like this. You can give anybody a nice ass car. Give them the dopest car in the world. That person has no clue how to drive it, it's not going to make them a better driver. It's better if you are a good driver and then somebody gives you a really nice car, then you know how to drive a really nice car. You're not going to just run your car into the wall because like, "Oh my god, this is cool. I don't know how to drive it. I've only been driving for like a week, but thanks for the Ferrari." And then you're like, "Oh, this is just like my Honda." Drive and you crash. It's basically what's going to happen to your body. That's basically what's happening to people right now when they take the approach of, "This is a miracle drug." It's not. You got to do the work first. When you're using BBC-157, less irritation overall, injuries calm down rapidly, your digestion may improve. I say may improve because again, most of that improvement is to come from you doing the right first. Now, I'm not C. Now, I wasn't really thinking about like when I was doing peptides before and I knew about peptides before, I didn't think of any of this kind of stuff whatsoever. Because let's let's be serious. When I was did peptides before, I was in my 30s. You act like being in my 30s is like being in your 20s, but I can just definitely tell you right now, being in my 30s is a lot different than being in my 40s. And being in my 20s is a lot different than my 30s and being in my teens is a lot different than being in my 20s. You get the point. Point is, I never thought about increasing mitochondria or having overall better energy across the day. And that's what I feel. From the second I am awake until I go to bed. And trust me, guys, I'm very aware how my body works. When my Viberance runs off, I used to be like, "That's it for me, guys. I have good sustainable energy throughout the entire day." And it's not even just that when it comes to Mot-C. What is Mot-C? Mot-C is a mitochondria peptide. Basically what it does is it signals your body to use energy more efficiently, improve glucose metabolism, handle stress better at a cellular level. Well, you may feel more energy. Your body is producing and using energy better. Not as a stimulant, so you're not getting a higher or heart rate, but it's more of like a clean steady output of the use of glucose in your body, right? We talk about glucose is energy in your body. It's making your metabolism, I would say it's regulating your metabolism so it's more efficient in how it uses energy on an hourly and daily basis. Best use for, you know, having more endurance obviously overall. It's helps with fat loss support because again, it's optimizing your metabolism. And then overall performance. So, when you're looking at those together, healing, reducing inflammation, helping with gut health, giving your body more energy on a glucose level in terms of optimizing your body's ability to use metabolism. And then last but not least, we have GHK-Cu. And you're like, "GH growth hormone." Wait a minute. What's this? So, GH-Cu is naturally occurring peptide that binds with copper. Let's explain that. Here's what you need to know. What it does, it signals collagen production, tissue regeneration, and wound healing. So, when you think about the blend of Glow, which is TB-500, BBC-157, and GHK-Cu all in one, you're getting three peptides that are signaling a bunch of different mechanisms in your body that all end up helping reducing gut inflammation or increasing gut health. It's increasing, you know, your body's ability to use metabolism. It's creating overall better blood flow and doing a better job of shuttling nutrients to set areas that need repair. So, everything when it comes down to it for just those three alone, inflammation reducing super peptide. And that's literally how I've been feeling from those things. I was doing those first before I used Mot-C. So, the entire time I was using just those first, I was like, "I feel really good." I was snowboarding. I felt great in my hips, in my knees, in my back, in my shoulder. You know, I was pushing my limits when it comes to the functional training, doing the Hyrox stuff, doing box jumps, sandbags, consistent continuous squatting and throwing and bounding and doing things that I would even doing muscle-ups. Now, it's not making me any stronger. It's not making me stronger in that way or making more functional, but it's taking somebody who's been working on their functionality and the mobility and the flexibility and now giving that person more room because their back and knees and hips don't feel like they're jammed with inflammation. And then when it comes to the next day in terms of how they feel, they're not feeling like they've been hit by a bus. Mind you again, I'm doing all the work first. I'm stretching, working on mobility. I'm doing all the things I need to do anyway and now my body can do it at a higher level and a more efficient level because I'm not worrying about all the inflammation I'm dealing with. So, when you have all of these things together. So, when we talk about like GHK-Cu again, collagen production, tissue regeneration, wound healing, subtle recovery improvement, better overall skin. Am I looking younger? I don't know. Regardless, better skin and better overall support to joints over time. So, everything that I'm doing as a stack or I would say what I believe is the stack to do is TB-500, repair blood flow. BBC-157, healing inflammation control. Mot-C, energy output. GHK-Cu, structure and regeneration. Inflammation down, blood flow up, you get to actually repair faster and overall better energy. Like, when you're in your 40s plus, what do you think you feel the most? You when you hear someone say, "Man, you not in my 30s anymore, man. I don't heal like I used to. I don't recover." You damn You damn right you don't recover like that anymore. You don't. Cuz naturally as we get older, these things are decreasing anyway. So, in my head it's like this. If you're already doing the work and you know that there are potential risks, I would say there's definitely less risks than I would say doing steroids, right? Now, I'm not going to say less risks than doing, you know, HRT. Now, mind you, guys, I've been on HRT. That doesn't take care of the pain None of that does That just takes care of making sure my test levels are where they need to be so hormonally I'm running properly, but ain't doing anything about my sleep slightly, but my recovery, it's not really making me recover that much more. Definitely helps. Again, now if I'm taking like super physiological amounts of it, of course it's going to help with the curve. Of course it will. That's why I was able to abuse hell out of my body before cuz I was taking grams of testosterone, grams of steroids and it was letting me recover that much quicker, that much faster to be able to abuse my body even more. That's why I'm in the situation right now I'm now taking peptides. But, when it comes down to it, I feel healthier in terms of pain. My joints feel My back feels healthy. My hips feel healthy. My knees feel healthy. I'm not going to give you dosages that I think you should take. I'm just going to let you know that that's what I've been doing. So, if you ever want to know somebody who's taken this before and they're going to be honest about it, I'm going to be that guy. But I'm not going to tell you this is what you should do. Not at all. Sorry. You can go talk to your doctor and and figure that out on your own cuz I work with a lot of clients and I work with Now, I see their blood work and they report to their doctors and they they know what to ask their doctors when they go in to their doctor and they're curious about GLP-1s or even, you know, peptides cuz some of these peptides actually get from your doctor. Go to some clinics and they'll they'll have it there. Like like NAD or even just GH. And GH is more of a hormone, but regardless, that's what I would say. But again, when it comes down to it, I'm going to say I'm always going to say this. I'm going to say it over and over and over and over and over and over. This is not to replace anything, but to help aid the hard work and the good habits you've already created. If your goal is to do any said peptide and think it's going to do everything for you, like the consistency, like, you know, creating great habits and having proper food management and if you're depending on it to do that, you are not the candidate to try this stuff whatsoever. Because you'll be the person that does it, abuses it, and then tells everybody it doesn't work. Like, "Oh, I got this happened to me. I got injured because" And it's like, "Nah, things didn't work out for you because you just don't have the foundation before doing anything. That's in anything. If you don't have a proper lifestyle when it comes to any of this stuff, none of these things are going to help you. They might maybe make you feel like something's happening. But it comes to long term, if you haven't developed proper eating habits, nutritional habits, proper training habits, cardio habits, stretching habits, mobility habits, functional habits, mental health habits, none of these things work for you. But if you have worked on those things and you're like, "Man, I'm just tired of my back or my whatever feeling act like feel like so and so. My shoulder is this and I got surgery back in the day and it's still bugging me or whatever." Then I would say, consider it. Either way, there's the information, guys. Hope you enjoyed that.
