I kept getting lingering tendinitis in my forearm/elbow. Tennis elbow on the top of my arm basically. Same with my brother. We are both 30-35 year old contractors/painters. BPC-157 (orally from Aperion Elementals) made it go away for both of us in about 3 weeks. Also helped with this weird eye strain thing I've got going on with screen or driving time. Say what you want, shit unequivocally works. When my wife is done breast feeding ill be doubling my auto order for her as well.

BPC 157 has healed nagging soft tissue injury / tennis elbow that just would NOT heal. I've been using it now for a few months. I defintely recommend it too! FYI.. there is another accredited pharmacy using US sourced peptides selling 10mg BPC 157 for about 40 bucks less per vial than you guys. Just FYI. I'd rather do business with your company. It possible to lower the costs of BPC?

I started bpc 157 oral form 7 days ago for quad tendinopathy I had for years. A ton of stretches, exercices with elastic bands, eccentric loads and so on with minimum results. I was done with that. After 7 days tendinopathy is gone like no difference between both knees. My wife had a tennis elbow for months. Same within a week pain is gone. She takes 500 mcg per day and me 1000 mcg per day as well. Always on empty stomach (I split twice a day). My version of bpc157 is with arginine salt. FYI 20% of users are non responders.

I get scientific studies are important but I also find it interesting. That thousands of people are claiming peptides are helping heal them and you still have doctors that because there’s not a “study “that proves it that it can’t be true. I had horrible tennis elbow for six months and tried everything with no help. Of course the doctors want to immediately cut on you and charge you 50 grand. Three weeks of wolverine stack I was 90% better six weeks absolutely zero trace of tennis elbow. I don’t really care what study says what, it worked for me.

I experienced excellent results from subcutaneous injection TB 500 / BPC 157 for the treatment of chronic lateral epicondylitis aka tennis elbow. Pain was significantly reduced within hours of the first injection. I used it once per day for 4 wks. I was able to resume my sport activities at reduced levels and start light strengthening exercises within a few days after starting the injections. A few friends have experienced similar results for various overuse injuries. I'm thinking about trying the combo for osteoarthritis of the TMJ for a family member who is suffering. I've seen a little promising data on it and better data supporting PRP for this condition.

I've tried several cycles of BPC both ways for left shoulder & right elbow. Belly (general) and direct (specific site). HANDS DOWN direct site injection provided a dramatic difference - it took 100% of my pain away. So, my advice? Try both. I know the "science" is supposed to make sense (that direct / site shouldn't work any better), but sometimes, well, science just doesn't make sense - as in my case for example. And sure, placebo is possible. So be it. Even if you activate a placebo, GREAT. Placebos (your own divine soul creating a physical medicine from WITHIN your body) are ALWAYS better. So, try both ways - do you really care WHY something worked? If direct / site injections don't do the trick, then just keep going to the belly. But, look, if it does, like it did for me (took away 3+ yrs of shoulder pain and avoided surgery), and your pain goes away, then you're PSYCHED and I guarantee that your personal experience will make you think a lot differently about the "science".

A few years ago I had sudden tennis elbow for the first time because I did too many repetitive hammer blows with my arm when I knew I should not have done that but It was to late. It hurt like hell every time I used a pulling up motion with my arm for about six months, but I know my body so I told it to just suck it up and repair and it did. The tennis completely disappeared within a year. Get to know your body folks without drugs. I'm 54 yrs old now so I've learned a few things along the way.

For tennis elbow and rotator, I found that Ostarine worked better, and the injuries didn't come back. BUT, to anyone reading this (Men specifically), Ostarine is a SARM and is angrogenic. It will supress your natural testosterone production. Use only if you are already on a testosterone therapy. For healing, I only used 5mg daily for 8 weeks.

I had tennis elbow/wrist for several months without improvement. Every time I moved my wrist it hurts. Started BPC-157 (no tb-500) 400mcg once or twice daily for 2 months, had significant improvement, then switched to 2x weekly until I felt like I was 90% healed. I never fully cycled off, now I just 📌whenever I want, maybe once a week or less. I did not stop playing tennis or swimming so I was never 100% healed, but bpc157 is the reason I can still do these activities today

BPC-157 arginate for tennis elbow, did it actually working or am I just coping?
so I've had this annoying elbow thing for like 6 months now. thought it was gonna go away on its own but nope. PT kinda helped but every time I thought I was good it'd come right back. anyway I kept seeing BPC-157 mentioned on here and finally decided fuck it, let's try it. been taking 500mcg capsules twice a day for about 3 weeks. honestly? it feels better. like noticeably better. could totally be placebo idk but the constant ache is basically gone and I can actually use my arm without wanting to die lol no weird side effects or anything. maybe sleeping a bit better but that could just be because my arm doesn't hurt anymore my main question is how long should I keep going? some people say a few weeks, others run it for months. also does it actually heal the tendon or just mask the pain? because I don't wanna stop too early and have everything come back anyone else tried this for tendon stuff? did it last after you stopped or did the pain come back?

Torn UCL non responsive to physical therapy for 4 years. Couldn't lift, could barely carry in the groceries in that arm. Within weeks of nasal bpc, it strengenthed noticeably during PT sessions. After a month I started lifting again. No pain. No more tearing sensation. Truly life changing for me. It also reduces my tennis elbow swelling. It works great as a preworkout, gives insane pumps. But only the nasal kind? I've tried pinning and I just don't think there is much benefit compared to nasal spray.

I bought two 10/10mg bpc157/tb500 blend from skye peptides on my second bottle now. Don’t know if it’s working or not. I lowered my volume and training days to help recover and heal only training every muscle once a week now. My elbows finally don’t hurt, my right peck feels better but I can still feel it a bit when I do incline dumbbell and stretch at the bottom, my right shoulder is the one that is lingering still I am working my shoulders twice a week to help them get stronger but I can still feel it when I do lat pull downs wired I know but it’s way less then before that’s for sure. So I don’t know if skye peptides are doing something or is the fact that I changed my training volume amount of weight, days I train, and sets I do. I do want to try peptides form peptual if I do try again

Tennis elbow pain and TenJet Procedure
Hello. I’ve been suffering from tennis elbow close to 2 years now. I had this procedure done called TenJet where they remove degenerative tissue via a needle and high pressure stream of saline water I believe. It’s a lot better after this and PT. But it’s still there Has anyone had the TenJet procedure multiple times? My orthopedic states surgery but I can still do soo much with the injured elbow that I’m not ready to undergo that. I can’t justify surgery as the pain has subsided a lot. Now if I were to try and do push-ups or some sort of gripping exercise it would come right back, not as bad as before the PT and TenJet but it would be there, which tells me it’s prob as good as it will get. So perhaps surgery. I’m just looking for anyone with a similar tennis elbow case. Thanks

If could build a Time Machine, I would take this info back to my 30’s when I started my string of joint injuries and surgeries. I would also go all in on bitcoin😂. Have had tennis elbow surgery both arms, carpel tunnel both wrists & now blown out shoulder. I had heard about PRP and was exploring that avenue for the elbows, but the dollar amount at that time was way out of reach. Recovering from the shoulder surgery now and will be taking notes from this video and starting this process. Looking forward to getting back to the gym/work & normal life. Thank you!

BPC-157 is no joke. For years I've had a very tender right kidney. Dark piss, especially in the morning. I mean dark as in brown and almost can't see the bottom of the toilet. In October it got so bad that it woke me up at 1am with the pain. I drove to the Emergency room and sat outside for 20 minutes. The pain subsided enough that I went back home. Started on BPC-157 just 9 days ago. 250mcg per day. Already my kidney tenderness is gone and my piss is back to yellow, even in the mornings. My good friend is about to start on it for his tennis elbow that's been bothering him for the past two years.

I’ve been taking 300 mcg of BPC 157 (Modern Aminos) for 4 weeks now for my lateral epicondylitis in both elbows. From day one my elbow pain spiked and is now unbearable. After 4 weeks I’m in more pain than ever before. I’ve also noticed a drastic shift in my mood and mental well being. And 2 weeks into treatment I got really sick and I’ve been sick for 2 weeks and can’t seem to bounce back. For reference, I’m a very healthy person with little to no issues. I plan to discontinue BPC 157 today because it’s alarming that I can’t seem to recover my health right now and that my pain is so much worse than before treatment. Very disappointed.

BPC-157 or something else for tennis elbow and/or gout?
39, Male, been lifting heavy weights for 2 decades, recently started "lose" keto. Drink alcohol. I stay away from sugar and as many carbs as i can (besides alcohol). Recently lost weight and im liftinv heavier in the gym... Long story short i developed tennis elbow (sharp, peircing pain on outside of my elbow) about a year ago. Since then ive noticed my joints in general may be inflamed. I ended up getting what I think was gout in my big toe about a month ago. First time I've ever felt that. Lasted a couple days before it resided. I took some tart cherry and tuneric and ibuprofen and after a day with those it went away. Overall I like the way i feel cutting out heavy carb intake and not eating sugar. Im not gonna stop drinking alcohol. Ive been looking into what I can do to help with tennis elbow and gout. I recently just got health insurance 2 years ago and dont really ever go to the hospital nor do I have a primary care doctor. Just looking for insight on this peptide ive read about or maybe this sub would know of other things I can try. I already take a men's 1 a day multivitamin in the morning along with milk thistle and then I rotate out magnesium/potassium and tart cherry and turmeric.
