I’m trying it for foot pain (maybe plantar fasciitis but not sure). Seems to be working. Noticed the difference at 14 days

I had plantar fasciitis for several months, & after 2 weeks of BPC-157, the pain dissipated. I’m now using for frozen shower. Not sure if it’s addressing the cause of the problem.

I injected close to my plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain etc and noticed much better results! I don’t know the science but I can tell you I think you’re wrong.

I’ve been doing subq injections of BPC-157 500mcg split into an AM and a PM dose (recently added TB-500) since 12/24/25 and I feel zero difference. Somedays, I feel more pain than I did before using it. I know it’s only been one month, but after the next bottle I have left is done, if there aren’t results I probably will quit using it. I really would like to do a local injection at my foot, which is where I have a partial torn plantar fascia band and some tendinitis, but I can’t find any videos or information about how or where to safely inject the foot. I also use tesamorelin, and I’ve been seeing increased fat loss since stating that. I really want the best results from BPC-157/TB-500, especially since recent blood work has shown I have some elevated inflammatory biomarkers. Any suggestions?

BPC-157/TB4 Blend Dosing Schedule and cycle on & off?
Hi, I’m considering using a BPC-157/TB4 blend (10mg/10mg) and wanted to get some guidance on a recommended dosing schedule. My initial plan is to start with 250mcg in the morning and evening (500mcg/day total), and potentially titrate up to 500mcg AM/PM (1mg/day) to maximize effectiveness. I’m mainly using it for workout recovery, managing chronic inflammation from plantar fasciitis, and hopefully preventing or addressing other inflammation or injuries. I’ve also heard it’s not ideal to use it continuously and that cycling may be recommended. Is there any risk with long-term use, and what would a proper cycle look like (e.g., 6–8 weeks on, 6–8 weeks off)? If anyone has experience with this peptide, including dosing recommendations or results, I’d really appreciate your insight.

Thank you for your content, you've inspired me to get fitter and bring that into my later years. I'm wondering if you have had any negative side effects with BPC 157, I watched your video where you mentioned you would be doing more updates after changing your sleep and insoles. I have plantar fasciitis for 3-8 months, I've stopped weight training that puts pressure on my foot, cardio and started stretching and strengthening my lower body / foot. It hasn't been getting a lot better. I'm considering starting BPC 157 and am looking for advice to help evaluate the tradeoffs.

Why does conservative care never work?
I’m going on 6 months with a torn plantar fascia. No improvements. I’m probably heading for another surgery (my 9th) because going inside my body and manually fixing the problem is the only thing that ever works for me. I’m fed up with the lazy, cookie cutter conservative care de jour of NSAIDs, steroids (very harmful), Gabapentin (sugar pill), massage, orthotics, and PT. No help at all. And equally frustrated with “cutting edge” hocus pocus regenerative medicine techniques that amount to a money grab from greedy alt-medicine doctor who capitalize on our distrust and frustration with lazy “standard of care. Prolotherapy, PRP, shockwave, amniotic stem cells, hydrodissection, a $250 scar tissue cream from a compounding pharmacy, it all added up to nothing but thousands of dollars wasted. I’m sick of it I resent most doctors for lying about the efficacy of these things, and am really having a hard time with some sort of body dysmorphia (sorry, could be the wrong term, not diagnosed). I just hate my body for being weak and failing to do it’s job. No offense if any of this stuff worked for any of you.
