You can also inject it intramuscularly near the injury site. Which works much better than the sub-q route, if you inject sub-q it gives you more systemic benefits which isnt as helpful when you want help with acute injuries such as the knee tendonitis. I had patellar tendonitis for years and years, started injecting BPC into my VMO/teardrop muscle and the tendonitis went away rapidly

Have patellar tendonopathy for 5 months and tricep tendonopathy for 3 - tried every traditional method there is, including pausing triaining, deloading etc. Got BPC and TB last week, Doc suggested 0.2ml daily (0.10 in morning, 0.10 at night) for 4-6 weeks. slight noticeable change after a week, but still mostly there, will report in once ive done the full month - may explore increasing dosage (0.20 x2 day) and see as my dosage seems quite low to what Vigorous Steve is recommending.

I've got Crohn's disease and have injured both my shoulders (same as you, bursitis/impingements) as well as both my knees (patellar tendonitis) and after months of physical therapy, they just won't heal. Since I'm out of options, I ordered some BPC-157 and plan on injecting. I'm surprised to hear it has helped your stomach! This makes me optimistic since i've had autoimmune complications since I was in middle school.
