I am a 58 y/o firefighter that used to love to run, 4-8 miles daily, half marathons, 100 mile relay race, stair climbs, etc. I am also an avid mountain biker and workout daily. I tore my meniscus about 6 years ago and opted for a PRP injection and PT over surgery. After about a month my knee pain was almost completely gone. I ended up pain free for over 2 years. Since, I have also participated in several double blind stem cell studies that lasted 1 year each. My latest MRI of my knee showed no tears in my meniscus but i was still having minor pain in my knee. I know several people that have used BPC 157 and TB 500 with good success so I decided to give it a shot...not only has my knee pain reduced to almost zero after about 4 week, most of the little aches and pains in different parts of my body have vanished. I have had surgeries in both shoulders for rotator cuff tears and labrum tears, a metal plate to fix my shattered clavicle, I still love mountain biking but limit my running to 1 mile max 2-3 times a week. I can say I have had success with both PRP injections and BPC 157/TB 500. I do get my peptides from a 503A/503B compounding pharmacy.

I’m doing the wolverine stack for damaged tendons in my shoulders and a torn meniscus in my knee. My shoulders do feel better although I do a lot of heavy lifting and swinging so I think it’s taking longer to recover but my knee that I’ve had in a knee brace for 15 years is feeling significantly better. 300mcg of each BPC & TB every morning. I feel a difference.

I started taking bpc157 orally about a month ago. First for 4 days 500 mcg and titrated up to 1000 for 3 days and even 1500 for 2, then dropped and have stayed at 1000mcg daily in the am fasted. I play semi professional football (LB/DE) and the wear and tear of work, training, and now spring ball on top of my summer season, hasn’t gave my shoulder any time to recover from a nagging injury last season. ROM and pain has resided as before dosing above head movements caused too much pain and tension in my neck shoulder area, completely subsided. As well as I partially tore my meniscus week 2 last year and played 10 games on it, (won the chip) nagged for months. since dosing clicking/cracking and popping has almost gone away too. Both nagged me for the last 7 months, gone in 3 weeks of dosing almost on week 4. However. Relationship wise it’s interesting you mention Anhedonia if that’s correct spelling. I have noticed an overall lack of enjoyment for my life and particularly in my relationship side of things. felt like my focus in college, and to overall finish day to day tasks has completely diminished. I feel like a simulation just present in body but not in mind or spirit. I have not seen anybody really talk about it, and how especially about fast it has came upon too. In a week and half it seems my life flipped upside down, talking to a therapist for the first time in 7 years. don’t want to do school work had to move outta my girls house for a bit to figure out what’s happening, fighting w people in all areas of my life. so I tend to agree where you say systemically as it builds into the body there has to be a downfield cascading effect that is not understood completely. not spoken about or mentioned in any Reddit/research on bpc that I have found. I’m going crazy wondering why I’ve been feeling like this and what has been happening and I came across your video. You can count me in as another account of BPC and Anhedonia. I seriously feel I need to reconsider taking bpc again after this bottle. Thank you for dropping this dog you really just opened my eyes and gave my the clarity on what the fuck is going on in my life. Would’ve never thought it was the BPC. Like I’m legit going to therapy sessions I don’t know why I’m an angry mofo and never once thought about a side effect of the bpc. Thanks bro keep up the great work💪

Wolverine stack definitely helped my recovery after a torn meniscus surgery and chronic knee and foot pain prior to taking any of these 2 together or separate absolutely nothing was working and after a couple of weeks of doing both all my pain and recovery issues are almost non existent so for me I can personally say it definitely helped me a lot

My experience using BPC-157 and TB-500 for a torn meniscus. Before/after MRIs included
# TLDR: Ran BPC-157 (500mcg 2x/day) + TB-500 (2mg 2x/week) for 3 months. Follow up MRI shows improvement! Clicking gone, pain mostly gone, Baker's cyst completely resolved. The parts of the meniscus that could heal probably did. Posting the actual MRI reports so you can see for yourself. Obligatory this is not medical advice. **2023 MRI:** [https://imgur.com/a/km6yTun](https://imgur.com/a/km6yTun) **2026 MRI:** [https://imgur.com/a/20xvI3X](https://imgur.com/a/20xvI3X) Tore my right medial meniscus in late 2023 from hiking. Doctor said it could have been building for a while and finally gave out. First MRI confirmed a posterior horn tear extending to the inferior articular surface plus a ruptured Baker's cyst leaking into the back of the calf. First month was bad pain. after that it was just constant soreness clicking catching in the joint and pain every other day doing basically anything. Gym was rough. Running was impossible. I was able to keep cycling around 50 miles a week but even walking on bad days was painful and the Baker's cyst in the back of the knee would swell up whenever I pushed it. Did over a year of PT. Felt like minimal progress honestly. Still clicking still sore still limited. Decided to try BPC-157 and TB-500 starting January 2026. Ran it for about 3 months. It was my first time injecting, so the learning curve of sourcing BAC water and reconstituting the powder took a week or two to feel comfortable with but once you've done it a few times it's not a big deal at all. Protocol was: * BPC-157: 500mcg subQ twice a day * TB-500: 2mg subQ twice a week For the BPC I did one injection in the belly and one directly around the knee. I know the conventional wisdom is that local injection doesn't really matter for BPC and it routes the same way regardless but I figured it couldn't hurt. TB-500 always went in the belly. Got my follow up MRI done April 2026. Still shows tearing in the posterior horn and a small free edge tear in the body of the medial meniscus and I want to be honest about why that's expected. The inner part of the meniscus (the avascular zone) has basically no blood supply so it can't heal on its own no matter what you do. that area was never going to fix itself. But the 2026 MRI is notably quieter than 2023. The surrounding tissue damage that showed up before isn't there anymore and no Baker's cyst at all. Completely gone. Subjectively, the difference is huge. Clicking has stopped. Pain is almost completely gone. Gym sessions feel normal again. Swelling is gone. I think this accelerated my healing significantly. The parts of the meniscus that had blood supply and could heal seem to have healed. **Where do I go from here:** Continuing rehab, probably another cycle and having a conversation with an orthopedic surgeon about what the remaining tear actually limits and whether surgery makes sense. Meniscus injuries are tricky because so much depends on which zone and what type of tear you're dealing with. **On trusting BPC:** went through it all honestly. Bought from one of the big websites that recently shut down. Tried a few others you'd recognize from Janoshik/Finnrick results. Even bought gray market and had the batch independently tested and it came back 99.8% purity at correct concentration so I have something I trust now. Purity matters more than people think, without testing your batch you really have no idea what you're injecting or if the dose is anywhere close to what's labeled. Happy to share what I know via chat.

I’ll just leave this here, while I have no data mri’s etc to back up my claims, I believe Reta and a mix of Apigenin and NMN supplements have greatly improved my meniscus. Here are some articles that support my claim, I know Glp-1 is different than glp-3, but just my observation of my own body. https://news.cuanschutz.edu/medicine/arthritis-glp-1-agonists-obese-patient https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/acel.70468 Also, I take a bunch of BPC…

I have a few injuries .. torn ligament in my right wrist, torn muscle in left shoulder mild meniscus tear in my right knee and sprained hip flexer.. I’m 43 and have been injecting stomach are and site injection of bpc -157 and tb500 Wolverine stack two weeks ago every night. Out of 2x 10mg bottles I have about a half bottle left. I got them from core peptides but I don’t think they’re effective. I don’t feel any healing or slight improvement. Any thoughts? And recommended suppliers?

I've had knee surgeries for meniscus tears and am supposed to get bilateral replacements whenever I'm ready. I've had a torn labrum and rotator cuff "repaired" along with a bicep tendon reattachment. I also suffer from chronic lower back pain due to disc loss. Pain is your friend right? I've been on 150mg of Voltaren for inflammation from all the injuries and surgeries for the last six years. I'm about to finish a month on BPC-157 & BT-500 ("Wolverine"), hoping to get some relief from them, after my hormone doctor suggested them. Thus far, I feel no different. I'm still waiting for that magic cure I'm supposed to have from them.

When I used BPC157 for my meniscus, it didn’t really noticeably kick in until 2-3 weeks so a 3 week cycle may not be worth it.
