On February 27 of this year, BPC-157, Thymosin Alpha-1, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, AOD-9604, and more than a dozen others are expected to move from Category 2 back to Category 1 status — restoring the legal pathway for licensed compounding pharmacies to prepare them under physician prescription. BPC-157 which is the most widely recognized peptide in clinical practice and in the biohacking community — is among those expected to regain legal compounding status. I have been using BPC-157 in Arginate capsules from Amino Pure Canada since July of last year @500mcg per day. First thing in the morning on an empty stomach followed by my regular multi vitamins plus one 1000mg of N-acettyl-L-Cystenine in the evening an hour before sleep. I was taking the BPC-157 for 5 days straight followed by two days off. I had a partial hip labrum tear and was diagnosed with early onset Osteoarthritis in my left hip. I have stopped taking BPC-157 on March 29, 2026 and am pain free, feel great and can finally walk up stairs pain free. In fact, I can even run up them pain free. I'll be turning 60 this year and I've been working in construction for 30 years. This year I plan on trying CJC-1295 to help with muscle loss as I have no plans of retiring anytime soon. Please keep in mind that these are just my results. What works for me, may not work for you.

A year ago after desperation, I as a 50 yo reasonably fit guy tried this stack in attempt to help heal/reduce the pain of a few long term joint issues with my right hip, right shoulder and both elbows. 5 years ago I was diagnosed via MRI with necrosis of my right hip ball because it was no longer getting blood supplied to it. I was told by multiple doctors that I'd need a hip replacement when I couldn't tolerate the pain any longer. Last year the pain had reached a critical level that had caused me to limp quite severely and feel pain 24/7. 2 weeks after trying this peptide stack, 80% of the pain in my right hip had been reduced and I no longer limped. After an 8 week cycle, the pain had been reduced by about 95%. I was then able to go on vacation and go on long mountain hikes without any problem or needing days afterwards to recuperate. It felt like a miracle cure for my hip...hooray the imminent hip replacement has been delayed. Maybe I'll still need one, but it won't be this year as I previously feared. That said it is not a panacea. These peptides didn't help my nagging clicking shoulder with limited range of motion and elbow issues which an MRI did not show any tears or other physical abnormalities. I was told to rehab with physical therapy and after many sessions I did not feel any benefit. What actually helped those shoulder and elbow issues was the most painful therapeutic massages (borderline form of torture) I've ever had that released knots that had bound up my muscles and connective tissue. Even now 7 months later, those few sessions with this particular experienced therapeutic massage therapist did what no other physical therapist or drug had been able to do. All of which makes sense in hindsight as this peptide blend is purported to help regrow blood vessels via angiogenesis, which if accurate meant blood supply was restored to my dying hip ball thereby alleviating the excruciating pain in my hip. But since no drug can untie a knot, it was ineffective for elbows and shoulder issues that required someone who knew what they were doing to manually untie the bound up tissues in my elbows and shoulder muscles to free up the range of motion for those joints. My 2 cents is this...try the least invasive approaches first before trying the riskier treatments. Physical therapy and rehab, then painful AF therapeutic massage (I mean seriously it hurts like mother**** during the massage and then you are sore AF for a few days later), then try a peptide blend that includes BPC157 & TB500 IF you are low risk for cancer, then try PRP therapy if feasible (it was not for my hip) and then as a last resort get surgery. Surgery is risky as not all surgeons are of equal skill and anesthesia carries its own set of significant risks too...which doctors gloss over.. So sure, there are risks involved...but there are also risks with FDA approved drugs and surgery. As it is, FDA drug trials can cost hundreds of millions and take many years and even then those drugs often come with warnings that cite death as a possible side effect. Since many of these peptides are natural and can't be patented, there is no $$$ incentive for drug companies to perform these expensive trials to mitigate some but not all risk. The reality is this. Doctors don't know everything and are more afraid of getting sued for malpractice than they are with helping you to get better. Doctors know so long as they stick with healthcare industry and health insurance approved treatments, their financial risk is minimal and covered by their insurance. While yes, my anecdote is not proof of effectiveness for this peptide stack when viewed in isolation, but when many thousands (millions now?) have tried it and reported similar benefit while not developing cancer or other diseases above national averages, then it's not as risky as this particular doctor with a medical license to protect make it out to be either.

I’m worried about the hip pop! My daughter had that hip pop and it was the Iliofemoral ligament but also had very bad hip dysplasia and was in constant pain. I’m so sorry you’re going through this! But I’m glad you found a new job. I hope it’s so very different and better in every way!!

Jeeesus. What the fuck sort of logic is that?? By that (idiotic) logic, if you say, sawed someone's feet off, they would have no disability because after all, they could theoretically still get around on the raw bleeding stumps since the only thing that would be stopping them is the fact that it would be excrutiating. Cancer isn't debilitating since it, and the treatment for it only make your life utterly miserable until you either survive it or die... you're not *aaaactually* disabled, you just think you are because it hurts so bad. Jesus fuck. Idiots. Fight them. Fight the SAAQ. ODSP (ontario) tried to tell me that they had determined I would be disabled for two years... my issues are congential and progressive, lol. They said once I had my hips replaced, I'd be right back to work! I basically told them, "Sure thing, Bud. I'm not even on the list for a hip replacement, but ok. See you in two years." CPP spent more than ten minutes reading my medical records, had a several hours long conversation with me about my day to day life, and declared me completely and permanently disabled. Fight them. Just remember how completely idiotic their grounds for cutting you off are. Just remember the purpose of pain is to warn you of damage. Don't let them bully you into damaging yourself more. Just remember you paid for this coverage, and they can suck it up and cover you. Hugs.
