Great info best time for BPC-157 is evenings , AS you sleep and fall into deep sleep, you are accelerating tissue repair, along with appropriate dosing of L-Glutamine , as you stated it’s a gut by product and the L-Glutamine is the best gut amino period, As a competitor in WPD, I find it’s use to be a game changer. I lift 5 times a week and I am doing Cardio 1 hr fasted 3 times a week, I find that during Cardio I have the most blood flow and the most muscle contraction even in a fasted state, my intensity is higher and my heart rate resting is 40 BPM; so not only have I put on muscle , but my physical condition has increased using the BPC-157 along with MOTS-C; I tried the TB-500 but I didn’t see a noticeable change in strength, so based on overall cost I omitted TB-500.
